The Def 14 A had to be included into the 10 K once the govt shutdown delayed things past Jan 1. The 15 day extension for the 10 K ends Monday. Hence why it will be out.

Tomorrow the Def 14 A should be out and then many many Press releases.

To me this is an absolute no brainer for anywhere from 100% to 1000% profit.

I'm just glad they finally got the 10 K out so that things can now begin.

No. Not Nost.

However I am in touch with the company and they also filed a 15 day extension for the 10 K exactly 15 days ago, so today was the last day it could come out. And I already know the Def 14 A filing will come out right after the 10 K....so not that hard to deduce.

IMO this is a 10 star red buy alert.

You have a stock that has been artificially kept down the past 5 months due to a quiet period where the company could not talk.....mostly because of the delays with the govt shutdown.

You have a company that is about to release a slew of PR's and info and they want to uplist to a higher exchange.....which means the stock has to be higher.

IMO this should easily do 5 cents, and more likely 7-10 cents in the next few weeks. If we get a short squeeze? Higher.

From my understanding this has to do with a old investor/debtholder that got upset with the company years back and has established a large short position that HAS TO COVER WITH THE DEF 14 A RELEASE.

Believe me I know this kind of thing is usually fantasy land on the otc but in this case I believe it to be real.

If we get that squeeze? Sky is the limit. It has SHMP potential imo.

Received word late tonight from my IMUN contact that they want 12 cents per share before they do the Reverse split. That gives us over 1400% profit if it happens.

Agreed to a certain point. I grew up where lots of bars have black jack. I always lost my arse. Same with pull tabs so I fully expect to lose my arse on this as well. If you look at it as full on gambling I don't see an issue. Some people buy scratch offs, powerball tickets. To each their on. Definitely proceed with caution and I've been called foolish more than once.

My concern is I don’t understand them well enough. It seems strange a stock can go up, but if no one wants to buy them ,you can be stuck holding them and lose your money regardless ?
