I'm barely into book 1 but I always hear about how scheming and mysterious Euron is. It's a shame they made him a cliche cocky murderous villain.

Considering he was introduced seasons back, I think they had time to go deeper with him. It's almost like they briefly tried with him claiming he was the Drowned God.

I think Georgie boy was just playing 4D Chess and seeing how people would react to the Walkers being sidelined, either way, it's not just about them being cancelled prematurely but HOW, even if it's going to play that way in the books, i can guarantee you in no fukin chance in seven hells it'll ever play out like it did in the show, Arya was never supposed to be the one to deus ex machina whatever makes it so that ultimately kills all the WW's in the book (since the NK isn't a thing in the source).

who would you guys fight for at the beginning of the 5 kings war?

tough decision for me. i would think renly lol. would fight for stannis but he doesn't have much going for him at the beginning.

the whole lannister thing is cool but they don't think jack **** about their soldiers

He has dropped some truth before though and probably stuff that HBO would rather keep under wraps. I recall reading an interview sometime around Ep1 where he was prattling on about how we'll see the NK specifically target and focus on one individual he wants to kill. This was before it was drilled into our heads that he would be targeting Bran and that Bran would be part of the trap laid for the NK

Easy Robb, because simply geography-wise he had a nice long wind-up to collecting support and troops. If I would know NOTHING about the politics and strategy and was ignorant to what Ned discovered, then probably Joeffrey, as I would simply see him as the son of the late King, and the one with the rightful claim.

GRRM released a few chapters from Winds of Winter and one is a Euron chapter. Haven’t read it yet but people who have say that it’s genuinely disturbing.

People afraid of spoilers- I have read tons of them at this point and they are all so different at this point that I don’t have the slightest clue of what will actually happen. I think at this point it is fair to say that no one knows what is going to happen and it’s all really just guesses.
Also, If you get this worked up over them then you should avoid the Internet. People should have respect and not spoil **** for other people but at the end of the day you have to protect yourself from ****. When I don’t want spoilers- I stay away from anything and everything that may have them- even if that means staying away from the misc or other areas of the Internet for a while.

Don’t misinterpret that^ I think first and foremost people should respect others but in the end we don’t always get that.

If I could have supported one king in the 5 king war...um at that point I think I was rooting for Renly barely lol. Probably would have been content with the Lannister’s staying in place. I didn’t really like any of the Starks especially the mom and Robb... so that wedding was actually awesome for me.

Yeah it's no secret the guy is having trouble finishing out his story as it's usually the hardest part, and he fell out of favour with dum and dumber so i wouldn't put it past him.

ok, well except from the dozens of people in the thread i was reading about this subject. Not that Tywin died but apparently how the show portrayed it. Idk because i havnt gotten that far in the books. just stating what i was reading on other forums.

it sounded crazy to me too, which is why i made the point that people are simply looking for ways to be cool again to hate the show

I wasnt gonna do it but read the "spoilers" on freefolk and even though there some legit sounding endings. Even the leaks have holes and then theres another source that is saying oh no that doesnt happen this does. So even if you do happen to see a supposed spoiler it may or may not be true. The good news is that there doesnt seem to be any for episode 6 yet.

Watching the Ep4 behind-the-scenes thing, they're going to pretty extreme lengths to keep this stuff ambiguous


With Missandei's death, Missandei wasn't even actually on the wall prop they had set up. She was shot separately and then added in afterwards so people on the set wouldn't know who was being killed. So I'd definitely say there's some uncertainty around any of the spoilers that have come out so far, unless someone has managed to get their hands on the final product that will be aired

Seriously how can anyone take this Tv show serious anymore?

It was by far the best TV show around until this season. The writing is so poor its unbelievable. Juts goes to show GRRM was carrying this show all along.

I can never rewatch this TV show and take it serious. ''Winter is coming'' LOL more like ''D&D are coming.''

Pile of chit and i couldnt care less what the ending was.
