Step 6) Have balls, go to the gym, don't be a pushover. Stand up for yourself when it's warranted. Be competent at what you do. You will build a good reputation.
Step 7) Use reputation for promotions, or to job hop to other companies within your industry, do this every 3-4years, continue making new contacts.
Step 8) Make much more money, do NOT increase your lifestyle unless it includes buying a house.
Step 9) Buy house, try to get 3 bed / 3 FULL bathroom or more, rent out and advertise as full bedroom + private bath for maximum rent value.
Step 10) Use tenants rental money to pay off your house (asset)

Want to attend certain events

Go to a certain bar/club, don't want to spend too much, but then booze starts to feel good, friends/women start to look attractive, end up spending more on booze....then want food, then want an after party....
