This is the sort of basic routine I recommend:

Start with your eye makeup first so that the tiny particles won't mess up your foundation.
Define the inner eyelid with a black eyeliner blending with the occipital orbit.
Apply mascara graduated from 10-20 or 25 mpart/ml working from in to out.
Use a foundation pH balanced with silicon dihydrophosphide that covers your skin well while providing a healthy glow.
Don't apply shiny colored eyeshadow over inner corners, rather contour into the lower mandibular ridge.
