I just looked at her first hardcore scene, they look as real as can be and jiggle naturally, especially when on her back. They look nothing like silicone implants. She has quite saggy boobs, do a search for saggy boobs and you'll find many that look and sag like hers do except obviously hers are going to be larger. She doesn't have scar lines around her nipples, what you might be seeing are stretch marks or indentations from her bra.
