So I just learned of this guy and watched the video and read the AAR. It looks like the only thing he did 'wrong' was not properly get the car back into drive and bailed out of it. Seems to me like one of those things unless you were there, or have been in similar situations, you should probably keep your mouth shut.

Probably associated himself with yeager because he knows there are a ton of guys like you out there who idolize yeager and watch and listen to everything he says like he was a kardashian or something

Well I just got a call back from an officer who handles the pistol permits here in my county to schedule my in-person interview.

She told me that my file didn't have my traffic ticket dispositions in it. I know that it did. Iquadruple checkedeverything and everything was there when I handed in all my paperwork. So now I have to take a few hours off of work in the morning next week to go back to the traffic court and pay for another disposition to bring to my interview. (I know, should have gotten an extra while I went he first time).

The process is a complete disgrace and garbage like this really exposes how unconstitutional the ideas of the gun control crowd are. "Just submit your arrest sheet / traffic violations, thorough background checks are common sense! Oops we lost your entire file, go get this stuff again"

We get VP9's sent to us with broken handles all the time. Don't know how/why, but yeah.... They can and do break apparently.

One of the ears or whatever they're called is missing from mine. No clue what happened to it. But one range day it just wasn't there anymore at some point. But this was at an outdoor range doing a lot of running, prone, stuff around barriers, etc.

Haven't heard of them breaking unless it was intentional or something stupid like literally throwing the gun at steel.

But they are plastic and are not required for function so I suppose somewhere somebody has probably broken one without trying? IDK

If that were to happen, I would rather it break off than cause a malfunction by impeding the slide.

I was trying to remain optimistic, but do not have a good feeling about this after today's phone call. I really think she's going to take a big issue with me failing the correction officer's personality test 7 years ago. (you had to list if you were ever disqualified from getting a civil service job)

It's possible, but I don't recall it. It was mostly from knocking it against the barrier while in holster.

I feel for you my dude. But you happen to live in a state thats laws are dictated by one big **** hole city. And they are KNOWN for doing everything in their power to keep guns out of LAW ABIDING citizens hands. Easy for me to say it, but you need to move the **** out of there. Because this ****, is only going to get worse. Hell I now fear for my state NC which has traditionally been VERY pro 2a/gun. But these ****-****-stick commie ass liberals (far left type) are coming here more and more with their bull**** politics.
