Feeling good to shoot is wholly different from being able to shoot fast.

A low bore axis reduces the lever action the slide has moving to the rear, which in turn reduces muzzle rise.

CZ gets around this by reducing the slide mass by design. This gives the gun a very low reciprocating mass relative to the weight of the gun.

Yea MAC would be crazy for me. I’m no mechanic. But this 72” HF is over 500lbs. How do people typically move these? Thinking that you can’t just roll these up and down some ramps in your truck. Or can you?

Mine is nothing special. It was my Dad's, but it's full to overflowing and I need more storage space.

I wish I could see your pics. Never can. And if it’s a big socket 12pt is fine. That’s the standard for bigger sockets minus impact sockets.

I have a 3/4" drive set. Used it four times in over fifteen years of ownership. Three of those times were putting together, disassembling, and reassembling my power rack (15/16" bolts) and I didn'tneedthe 3/4" drive since other stuff goes up to that size

Yea was gonna say I have 15/16ths in 1/2” but 3/4” is just cool. Expensive though.

Outside of the SRO and DPP, is there any reason to stay away from Vortex or Holosun? Primarily considering those as the budget priced options along with their warranty, but if I'm going to spend the money, I'd prefer to just spend the extra money and get what will have the least likely probability of ****ing up. Counting on buying a back up of whatever option I go with so I'm not SOL if I do run into problems and it really makes it an easier decision when considering buying 2 for the price of one compared to the DPP or SRO lol. Gonna be scouring gun deals and reddit for whatever I end up choosing to run so I can get it sent in as soon as your slides start rolling in. Appreciate the help man, really getting excited to try this **** out and whore myself out on IG with that slide lol.

How is your rack set up? Do you have it bolted down or just in place, and is it also on top of the mats, or are they cut to fit around it? I may be slightly upgrading my home gym shortly.

My rack is bolted down. The mats I got from Tractor Supply fit perfectly in the rack so they aren't bolted in or cut to fit.

For a long while I hated P226 when I first started shooting at work, I'd highly suggest anyone wanting a terrible trigger to shoot a P226 DAK. Once I shot a buddies Legion I changed my mind, they feel good in the hand but that DAK trigger bs can kick rocks.

I've only shot the 229 with the DAK trigger and can confirm, it's poop.

Edit: it's bad enough for me to not have an interest in trying another sig. Maybe one of my make believe friends will let me shoot a 365 and I'll want to bring more everyday*.
