It's an estimate. The US has the most people in prison as a percentage of the population by far out of any country, dude. A huge number of people, many of them black, are in jail for bullchit reasons. There was essentially an ethnic cleansing done in the 70's to get rid of black men after segregation ended. If you don't believe me, look at the prison stats. It was never this bad until the 1970's.

It's not convenient. It's how real life works. The biggest problem is I can be in a restaurant and hear an old white dude openly discussing a drug deal without any consequence while black men get arrested and harassed for "loitering". This is the world we live in. The law is not enforced fairly.

I love how believing in civil liberty makes me a liberal lmfao. You people are all crazy. The liberals call me a nazi, and the conservatives call me a libcuck. In reality, I'm a libertarian for the most part. I believe in social and economic freedom. I am against police states, nationalism, xenophobia, racism, big government, communism, etc. I believe in using math science, and economics to inform our decisions. I don't think religious or ethnic identity should play a major role in a person's life.

Do I enjoy seeing the card carrying grand wizards get upset? You bet. But it's only a partial troll. I genuinely do believe what I say.

Black rappers talk about excessive drug use all the time or even use drugs during interviews and concerts. For hearsay and those types of situations - no one really cares if A) there's no evidence/possession (B) it's a petty amount and not worth pursuing or (C) they don't operate in a criminal enterprise.

Dude didn't shut his car off when asked to do so. That would have solved alot of his problems right there. Like I said, non-compliance not only puts cops on edge, it's often behavior exhibited by violent perps. I just recently saw a convenience store shooting where a cop appeared to be "harassing" a latino guy and kept telling him to show his hands. Dude tries acting cool then literally pulls a gun on the cop. That's the kind of chit that happens.

So just listen to the cop. Best case scenario you got people on your side when you did everything right.

That's another good tip. I state my action before reaching for my insurance or wallet. I've had a cop grip his pistol while I dropped my glove box. Whatever, I moved slowly and I didn't get shot or body slammed.

It's things like being stopped and questioned and then going to jail for not complying or resisting arrest when there was no cause to arrest. SRS

You should see the kind of chit ppl got sent to prison over. 3 strikes. It's estimated that 4-5% of the ppl in prison were wrongfully convicted. Another large percentage is related to marijuana offenses. If you think such a large percentage of people deserves to be in jail, all I can say is lol. Your vision of America is the exact opposite of freedom. People get arrested for selling chit without licenses, avoiding alimony payments, pissing off the wrong cop and then not following his order, being homeless...

We have a lot of bullchit reasons that people are serving prison sentences for. And I'm sure you know that, but you want to ignore it and pretend your country is free. You can't even fuking sell lemonade these days without a goddamn permit. You think this is a free country? Literally everything you send on the internet gets stored in a govt database for 6 months. The govt taxes you at rates that no king in history has ever taxed. They would have been killed for it.

So if you are approached by the cops and they tell you to turn your car off, you do nothing but what they tell you. Anything outside of what they tell you to do would be non-compliance. If you continue to not comply then they use pain compliance to make you comply...it’s pretty simple.

I grew up with a kid that vandalized a car, was caught, ran from from police, when they caught him he resisted and fought them scratching an officer’s face. During the arrest they snapped his arm in 2 places while fighting him into cuffs. He was charged with countless things and spent time in jail...apparently all bullsh!t because he was black and not because he broke the law huh?

Ok so a cop can just order you out of your car for no fuking reason and then fish around for a reason to arrest you according to you. And if you do not comply, he can arrest you. Cool.

You don't seem to realize that the same jerks who commit crimes and hurt people can also become police officers. It offers an excellent cover for a psychopath. Like I said before, if a cop ever orders someone to do something that could be seen as bait to kill him, this should be considered attempted murder.

I believe failure to obey lawful order is arrestable in many states, and this man was arrested for exactly that.

Look I've been pulled over because my car (and likely myself) matched the description of a robbery suspect. Had a police helicopter light me up and got grilled by 2 white cops. I was polite, gave them all the info I could, even showed em a drive thru receipt I just got to prove where I was, and I went on my way.

I didn't shout and whine about being profiled even though I was dressed like a cholo and wearing gang colors.

I don’t know their reason for pulling the person over and neither do you. You have no clue if a report came in about a person or vehicle or if it was a random stop and it’s not your concern.

I was stopped a while back because my vehicle matched that of a car that was involved in a crime earlier that day. Should I have gotten aggressive with the officer and told them to get fuked causing me nothing but problems or should I have done what I did which was answer the questions and be sent on my way.

Lol and they never do anything wrong, right? A guy I know made this FB post a while back about how he was beat up by the cops...true he was. He left out that the court records were public and he forgot to mention he stumbled out of a bar at 1:00am and unwarranted, called two cops in the street cock suckers. When they approached him to investigate the public intoxicate, he took a swing at one of them and paid dearly for it. All those darn details we forgot to mention...

Dude. Let me paint you a picture. You walk down the street. Some cop uses a stop and ID law to question you. He then orders you to reach into your jacket for ID. As you do so, he claims you were reaching for a gun in a threatening manner and kills you.

What is your defense against this? If he is alone and there is no cam, tour's over. Now do you see why we must have balances against police power and alaays be vigilant against any potential for loopholes and abuse?

Remember the case recently where the guy ordered the dude to crawl towards him and then shot and killed him when he moved his hands down from his head to crawl? Yeah. You may not think it's a problem until it happens to you.

You look asian. It seems you may have forgotten that a lot of people in this country do not like asians. There are also people who are intimidated by big guys and may find pleasure in harming you simply because of your size. Let that sink in for a second.
