being a Cop is no different than a security guard. most cops don't even know the Laws they have to enforce - I think those that Live in a big city can speak on this & small cow town boys with bicycle access don't count. Cops these days don't want to get caught up in daily BS- Facts! they lost their respect! fuk tha police!

You don't think it is? I've anecdotally seen lots of cases where cops have been laid off for misbehavior, and court cases for shootings. Almost seems like the opposite is true right now tbh there's a cry about racism, and then I see the bodycams from court cases and the shooting is more than often justified.

EDIT: wow had to remove the parentheses from your post in order to get past the "404 taking a rest day" error page. WTF is wrong with this forum lately.

Yea 404 is chit.

Regarding what you said, boo hoo. There are other jobs. The authority of the state must be challenged and balanced against the freedom of individuals. As I said, even if only 1% of police are psychopathic, this can lead to a huge number of abuses of power. We must protect citizens against this group even if it means some guilty folks get away with crime. Our legal philosophy is clear. It is better to let a guilty man go free than force an innocent man to suffer. To that end,we must limit our concessions of freedom when promised security. What looks like a blessing to you will ultimately be a curse.

There is no peace of mind, and you may wish someone fought for freedom sooner one day. People forget that loitering, vandalism, petty theft, etc really shouldn't be reasons to lock someone up. Our society has gone so far off base from where it was.

In the case described here, we hold officers accountable for their orders. Any order that is deliberately made which is inherently contradictory and could lead to the person being killed ought to be considered attempted murder. I've seen too many videos of a cop giving an order and then the person following it only to be shot because the order required hand movement. When a gun is drawn, you put hands up on your head and freeze. If outside, you get on your knees. No further orders regarding hand movement ought to be acceptable barring weird circumstances. Any hint of wrongdoing should be taken very seriously.

Constantly keeping his hands visible is the safer bet for him becasue (as you say) cops are afraid of us becasue of "statistics" so even following commands, performing a gesture that would cause the cop to lose sight of his hands could lead him to getting shot because he "feared for his safety."

Like I said a few pages back, in the op's scenario its best to just get arrested and settle it out in court than try to play the game ofSimon SaysandOperationwhereby the person is trying to comply and can do everything right and still "lose the game" with a cop who is already on edge and ready to shoot because of "black statistics"

ur race isn't even likely to be violent tho...that was what my little calculation showed...even if ur a black male 17-34, ur chance of being a violent criminal is like 6% if u assume all kinds of things like arrest system is representative of actual crime, etc. That means 94 times out of 100, you're just some guy and not a violent criminal.

but ur absolutely right because u can't rely on some Hick's understanding of statistics.

Hey sh!thead! I was at the gym this morning and my cop bro that recently iced that piece of trash that shot at him first.

Well I asked what his thoughts are on the racial bullish!t like you spew. He told me the official complaints they get from people and expressed one that recently happened. A white guy, big gray beard was pulled over in a Chrysler 300. He was arrested for possession of 2 drugs and had a warrant for his arrest. He filed an official complaint with the department claiming racism because โ€œblack people drive Chrysler 300โ€™s and they thought he was black which is why they pulled him overโ€. I fukin died LOLing.

He told me more ah!t but how funny is that? Thatโ€™s how fukin dumb these criminals are. And by the way, I asked how many minorities claim they were pulled over because of their race and he said โ€œall of them...and white people would say it too but they canโ€™t play that card so they say sh!t โ€˜I know you cops donโ€™t like insert vehicle type to fit their narrativeโ€™...just lol

Had a few run ins with the law and most cops were cool as fuk in my experience. The couple that illegally searched me or assaulted me without provocation make me feel bad that the nice guys get a bad rep. That said, most of those good guy cops cover for the bad ones when chit goes down so fuk em all I guess.

I think if we really put the obvious bad apples on the chopping block it would send a message but cop u ions protect even the worst as best they can.

Hey sh!thead, Iโ€™m between heavy squat sets and thought Iโ€™d add another one for ya.

So these sh!tems were in their hood apartment complex and decided to start a bonfire in an illegal spot. The police were called, asked them to put it out and took no one to jail...all known gang members. Sh!tems thought it would be a good idea to stream it and record it and put it on a ******** page called โ€œpeople of Des Moinesโ€ and of course the other sh!tbags all cry about the cops. Well, within a 3 of the 11 were arrested individually with illegal guns and now face federal gun charges. Ya see, when Barry was in office he had cuffs on the officerโ€™s abilities to get gun charges on a federal level...out boy Don removed those cuffs so now these kunts are getting 3-5 mandatory lol. Oops...those pesky officers planting illegal guns or known criminals.

Here is something people don't think about. When a cop runs your tag, or your license/name, a little history pops up on the screen they can see noted about your prior altercations. What's more, the more old fashion way, cops work a beat and know who the troublemakers are. So, they get behind this person, see they have a record and are often in trouble, so they go ahead and light them up. Know they usually cause problems so they are on them hard core from the first moment. That's life if you want to live that life.

BRB start by educating yourself about the law and your rights by random people on the internet and youtube, especially sovereign citizens and other activist, ignore actual legal sources.
BRB only follow the laws you agree with.
BRB Be uncooperative as possible.
BRB Be as difficult as possible.
BRB taunt the officer as much as possible
BRB escalate the situation at every opportunity
BRB claim to be a victim "I didntdonuffin".
