Totally normal human behavior that should be marketed as not only as normal but also common. If you disagree you are phobic and a bigot.

Give your body the nutrition it needs. Give yourself ample sleep at night, good deep sleep, to repair and get ready for the next day. Keep your stress levels low, high chronic stress leads to elevated cortisol, high insulin, generally awful for health. Hit the gym to help with stress, to help with keeping your test levels high and for general well-being (and as a side effect: to look like you lift or strength).
That skinnycappa kid seems like they're in a bad place and a lot of times these bad places aren't so simple to nail down. It's often a bunch of things all working together to bring you down.
I will say, although I haven't been in the exact place -- but I've been in bad ones, too -- for me, my solution to this was a total reset. I moved. I changed careers. I left what wasn't working behind and started from scratch.
Skinnycappa needs to stop all the self-destructive behaviors, he probably needs to check his test levels to see if he qualifies for something we can't discuss that doctor's will prescribe you if you are low, but he should also address what things he might be doing or not doing which are hurting him. Porn, being antisocial, having bad habits, self-loathing, etc... that stuff should be addresses because those are the root causes of his misery.
He says he hasn't slept well in years. Why? Stress? What's wrong? Bad sleep is bad enough but if it's chronic stress that's causing it, it's causing other things too.
In theory, we're here to help each other. Whatever he's going through, some of us can relate and should probably try and help, no?

If it hasn't been said already, what a fukking waste of a Chad (NO HOMO). Semi-homo actually. But that 3rd pic has me questioning myself. Either way, I'd be too busy slaying as the Chad to even be thinking if I want to be a fake female.

I wrote longer responses but it took me to a 404 page and everything got deleted, so sorry about the brevity too lazy to write it all again:
- Stress/thinking too much - rotting all days for years sucks, and thinking about how life goes by is stressful
- Using computer/phone 24/7, massive headaches all the time
- Porn/fapping
- No exercise - no car and too scared of parents, and even if I could my entire body is broken from lifting in college. And even if it wasn't I'm way too emotional to play on any team sport, if someone yells or gets mad at me it may not end well.
- Chit diet - partly because of fear of parents but also because of digestion issues.. some days I can eat 2 slices of pizza and then feel full for the rest of the day, other days I can eat a ton at night and still wake up at like 4 AM starving
- Probably other health issues, haven't had a general checkup since high school
Also idk if related but I also haven't had a dream (literal dream) for as long as I remember being depressed.
Honestly I'm at a point where I don't give a fk about dying or my health or the future or whatever. I have already accepted that I'm a failure loser ******* nobody. I have adjusted pretty well - subscribed to a million channels on YT and fill most of my weekends doing that (right now I’m miscing instead since my headphones stopped working and I’m too scared to replace them, but I have a list of videos to watch), also I stopped even thinking about getting married or having children and stuff, or caring about my health. Just don't give a chit about anything or anyone anymore srs.
Spoiler!

You need to make drastic life changes, skinnykappa. I think it's obvious what you need to do, you likely know it too. The root cause of your problems looks like it's your awful defeatist attitude. You're telling yourself you're doomed and to not even try, using excuses to justify every action.
I mean, what does, "my entire body is broken from lifting in college" even mean? I was suffering from a ruptured l4/l5, was in constant pain, couldn't stand more than an hour, sciatic nerve was completely inflamed, sleeping poorly partly due to it, etc... that was years back. These days? I might not win any PL contests but I lift and it helped me out of it. It took me a year to go from DL'ing 135 just to get to 185. I'm not near my personal PR these days but it was around 405. Again, not winning any PL contests but I didn't look at it like that, I didn't Poo-Poo myself and put myself down because I was struggling to get what others yawn over.
Just get over it and do something. Can't drive? Figure something out. Can't get out of the house? Figure something out.
Here. Here's a fullbody routine that should take a normal person a couple years to really master:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8jXc1zaLuQ
Diet? No reason you have to eat crap. Digestion issues? Cut out the processed carbs, like from pizza, for starters. See how you do with better food in you. My guess: eons better.
Porn addiction? You're hardly alone there. Fight it. Start the processes of undoing your desensitization and reliance on it. You may struggle, you may or may not win the fight, but if you don't commit and try to fight, you will lose as a certainty.
Stress? Honestly, it sounds like your problem is your lack of problems. You are living comfortably, leeching off your parents, doing nothing and the misery you live in is of your own creation. You're not fighting cancer, you aren't living in a world where you watched your children die, you don't suffer from a legitimate debilitating disease, etc... you are probably living better than Kings and Queens did a few hundred years ago, yet completely unappreciative of the luxury and comforts you enjoy.
Listen, if you don't care about yourself, why would anyone else? I absolutely Love myself. I treat myself very well. I try and give myself good things to make sure I am healthy of mind and body. Not because I deserve it, because I'm as unworthy and worthless as you and everyone else, but I do this because I know that people depend on me. I can only be there for them if I am in a good place, so I do what I can to ensure that happens.
You need to start taking care of yourself. Right now. This moment. There is no reason why you can't start this very second.
