Same here. Ksm is only the root while sensoril includes both the root and the leaves i believe making it much more potent. Sensoril made me sleepy while I found ksm to be pleasantly uplifting of the two ashwagandha extracts.

red for sedative effects (full sloth mode)
white for balls-to-the-walls energy & euphoria
green for a bit of both. probably the most euphoric out of the 3.

Yep. Went full paleo diet for a year and it helped my physique a lot but it did jack chit for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis

Yeah I've heard the same for a lot of people but it didn't help me. Honestly I wish it did because I'd much rather control my diet than have to take immunosuppressive drugs.

My psoriasis only manifests on my hands, balls, taint and butt crack ded srs. Before I started biologics I had to quit playing guitar because the skin on my finger tips was so inflammed and sex started to become awkward because my groin area hurt so bad and that's what finally drove me to the doctor. I'm doing good now but I already have a lot of irreversible damage in back and a congenital fusion in my lumbar spine that is just gonna hurt no matter what so that is mainly what I take kratom for

Wow that's unfortunate.

Did you ever consult a naturopath? or a functional medicine doctor? I know some people see them as quack doctors, but if you'd try regular medicine and it didn't help you'd be surprised at what they can do.

No I never went to anyone like that. I looked up all the natural chit and tried it myself. I did EVERYTHING you can think of from CBD oil to gluten free diet to essential oils (yes I was that desperate). Biologic medication was the only thing that works for my psoriasis and preventing further damage but kratom does an excellent job of managing my pain and keeping me away from having to take narcotic pain meds
