Not watching that video because animal abuse set's me off...

No joke, witnessing animal abuse in real life is probably one of the few things were I'll considered seriously injuring someone. Absolutely f*cking hate the dog sh*t scum of the earth pieces of sh*t that abuse animals. If the purge ever happens in real life... i'll hang animal abusers by their guts from power lines for as long as the eye can see.

Fuk fair life, fuk those sub-human pieces of chit, and fuk the arse of smack city piss.

slight rant and not to derail the thread but (as a vegetarian) the problem with vegan food is their obsession with trying to be a meat replacement instead of just embracing good unique meals that don't involve meat at all. every vegan recipe or restaurant i see is 'vegan burgers' and 'vegan tacos' or some other meat dish with a non meat substitute. they're not as good as meat and never will be. i think this turns a lot of people away. instead they should focus on what makes vegan dishes unique like solid combinations of veggies, pasta, quinoa, lentils, soups etc...anyway if you or anyone else is thinking about trying either vegan or veg diet, id recommend against 'meat substitute' dishes.

i dont know any vegans but that has been my experience with finding recipes, buying groceries, and trying several 'vegan' restaurants over the years. that is kinda my point though; trying to convert people who eat meat with meat substitutes that are never as good as the real thing is a terrible idea and i feel turns a lot of people away.

Agree with the red

Almond milk is like 2% almonds (which are toxic). The rest is sugar and water and who knows what the **** else.

Wanting almond milk is your body saying please give me cows milk.

Everyone who is a dairy fan should find a raw dairy source from local farmers. The difference nutrition, taste and digestibility are night and day vesus pasteurized milk aka trash

from wikipedia On June 4, 2019, Animal Recovery Mission (ARM), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to eliminating extreme animal cruelty operations worldwide, released a video of an undercover dairy investigation into Fair Oaks Farms in Fair Oaks, Indiana. During the investigation, employees were observed slapping, kicking, punching, pushing, throwing and slamming calves; calves were stabbed and beaten with steel rebars, hit in the mouth and face with hard plastic milking bottles, kneed in the spine, burned in the face with hot branding irons, subjected to extreme temperatures, provided with improper nutrition, and denied medical attention. [13] This resulted in extreme pain and suffering by the calves, and in some cases permanent injury and even death. ARM confirmed that male calves from Fair Oaks Farms are in fact transported to veal farms (Midwest Veal and Calf Start), despite the corporation's claims that it does not send its male calves to veal farms. In addition, the ARM investigator captured footage of drug use and illegal marijuana cultivation by Fair Oaks employees and supervisors.

appalling chit but I got some bad newz... this type of chit is rampant in the meat and diary industry. That's why it's always best to buy from a local small scale rancher/farm when possible because they actually give a chit about the product they're putting out there.

Still gonna keep drinking Fairlife because of the better macros to be completely honest.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I know far worse goes on in nature, like that poor giraffe that was eat from the feet first that misc awared me of.
