Having to present/speak in front of a crowd of people.

The forced socialization was a good one too. I can socialize fine with friends but not with people I know nothing about or have common interests. Like the people I golfed with one time through work and now every time I see them they ask how my golf game is. I haven't golfed in 2 years.

I don't know if anybody has said this yet, but...

I get anxious sometimes when I think about the fact that the average human lives about 79 years, which is about 27,375 days, and I have lived for a little over 9490 of those days. Of those 9490 days, most of it has been spent without direction.

Sometimes I have an existential crisis thinking about the fact that I haven't really done anything yet and the fact that I am still kind of going nowhere in general. I think about the remaining 17,885 days Imighthave left, and wonder whether or not I will ever do anything of significance, or if I'll ever finally make enough money to not have to be financially stressed.

I think about how in my 9490 days lived, I haven't done enough to show the ones I love that I love them, or how I haven't done enough to show the people I care about that I care... or how I just haven't been the best I could be.

And then I think about how to do that.

But not after spiraling around in my head for days. Not after receding into the deepest reaches of my conscious to find new ways to be better.

I just want to be a positive human. I just want to be able to give out love. I just want to be able to have that love returned.

I just want to be the best I can be.

I have anxiety when I think about the days that I am not doing everything I can to accomplish that. Nothing else scares me quite as much as not rising up to the occasion to be better, or failing to see the opportunity to do so.

I grew up on a farm and the closest kid was about 10 miles away...With that said I spent 90% of my time growing up alone when I wasnt in school. I would go camping for 3-5 days by myself and not see another soul..

I find that most people that cant spend time by themselves without a distraction dont know themselves and wouldnt like themselves if they did..
