Most guys would love to look like your blobby.

Looking sick even in that blobby state!

Looking great. I know the perception of your body changes in a diet and you become more critical as you progress but maybe think about lean gainz or atleast maintaining for now. If you are losing track of your diet regularly a longer break might work out for you.

what the fook, do you have the worlds shortest arms or is the angle giving me a srs mind fck here?

i've enjoyed my vacation to fatty town but we back at it, gonna be doing some experimenting with my diet and will be getting back down to at least 160 soon, weighing in at 169 this am with no carbs yesterday

if there's anything beneficial to being depleted it's that it makes my arm separation better

Hey fellow shred brahs, glad to see this thread is ongoing. I moved last week so the last month or so has been crazy. My diet was a little off, but if anything I was under eating, then eating junk. Fortunately that is now behind me and I didnt let it effect my lifting.

After being a bit sloppy and wreckless with "refeeds" (eating like an dikhead) at moments the last few weeks I was a bit off track. Getting close to the end @ 170.6 this morning. Reasonable refeed before tonight for legday tomorrow

No bad for a cardioless bro

Been pretty lazy as far as lifting/cardio goes. Been pretty good about not going full fuk it mode on food intake. Actually surprised myself weighing in yesterday, hit 159.4 for a new low.

I don't really know if cutting any more is worth it. I still have a pretty big lower stomach pouch of fat and it looks dimply and feels soft and squishy when I grab it. I wonder if that's a "whoosh" that Lyle McDonald talks about. Hopefully it tightens up once all the water releases.

Or it could simply be loose skin due to losing almost 50 pounds in 8 months lol.

Either way, I feel comfortable taking my shirt off now and everybody is starting to comment. Most of them are the dreaded "dang you've gotten skinny, how much have you lost?" type. It doesn't help that I wear large shirts or hoodies most of the time so it definitely looks like Ive never been near a weight hahaha.

Hopefully everyone else is reaching their goals or even surpassing them.

Couple shots on my patio. Lol not doing myself any favors with the lighting and angles but whatever, just a candid representation.

On the first one you can see my lower stomach looks "loose", it feels thin when I grab it. Sucks having your fat mostly accumulate in that lower stomach/back area.

Side not flexed, just chillin, arms looking a bit bigger now that I'm losing fat

Back, lol I'm used to looking at it in the mirror with good lighting so seeing it all washed out like this is weird.

Hi guys, long - and I really do mean loooong, looooong time lurker but first time poster on this particular thread. Been following it closely with interest for several months now.

I know this post is a bit long, but please bear with it. I will try to keep it as objective as possible.

Starting weight: 89 kg (9 months ago)
Current weight: 66 kg

Height: 175 centimeters

Long term goal: Attaining and maintaining 8-10% bodyfat.

Lifestyle: Mostly sedentary outside the gym.

Don't really do any ab exercises but planning to start ASAP. Just bought a yoga mattress to do hit abs at home. Dunno why, but for some reason I do neither ab exercises nor cardio in the gym - when there are weights all around me - I prefer to lift.

I do mostly compound lifts in the gym like Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift (Stiff-Legged only), OHP, Bicep Curls and Bent Over Rows...supplemented occasionally by cables and machines and then immediately down 45 grams of whey protein mixed with water. My exercise routine is somewhat loose but is mainly based on a 5 day split filled with compound lifts. Never do any cardio - prefer lifting.

Calories: Between 1700 - 2000.

Macros:

Protein: 150+
Fats: 60+

Rest I fill up with Complex carbs = mostly fruits, veg and whole grain bread. A dash of milk every now and then.

Fats: Mostly eggs, vegetable oils, nuts, cheese. Hate avocados for some reason lol.

Protein: Only complete sources of protein as far as possible- chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, eggs, whey, cheese etc - you get the picture.

I prioritize aesthetics over muscle mass....but I don't really think I lost any muscle due to my high day-to-day protein intake.

Ironically (after buying smaller shirts because of dropping fat), I now somehow look more swole than ever before.

Feels good looking in the mirror and seeing a grinning, lean face staring back at me.

Minor vascularity on my arms but insane vascularity on my forearms.

Stomach almost completely fat but no abs yet since I didn't train them. Not even a shabby four pack.

Love handles non-existent. Guess I need to train abs to make them pop out huh...

Kinda suprised myself when I did finally weigh myself last week after spending several months eating between 1700 - 2100 calories. Wasn't really expecting to hit 66 kg - came as a shock.

But like I said, funnily enough, I don't look like I weigh 66 kg....in fact ever since I bought smaller, better fitting shirts - people think I became bigger since my overall upper body, particularly my arms stretch the shirt.

Eating healthy, clean food is a beautiful thing. Ever since I started using a calorie counting app, did I realize how it were the stupidest, most mundane and unneccesary things that were adding a lot of calories.

1800 - 2000 calories is actually a LOT of food, if you take it from clean, healthy sources. Lots of energy throughout the entire day. I lately carry around all my food in Tupperware so that I know exactly what I am eating and what my calorie intake and macros for the day look like.

Feels good brahs. Aesthetics gave me a whole new outlook on life. Walking home from the gym, sipping my protein shake and listening to the American heavy metal band, Manowar. On a side note, give it a listen fellas - most of their songs seem tailor-made for aesthetics.

Will now start training abs from tomorrow and keep the rest of my routine more or less intact.

The only thing that somewhat unsettles me is my current weight...used to be big and strong (with a moonface) and now I am lean and mean - but wasn't expecting to weigh 66 kg - it came as a shock, since like I mentioned earlier, I look nowhere near 66 kg because of my muscle mass and broad chest/shoulders.

End of my long post. Any comments are welcome. Wish you brahs a nice weekend.....

Where my aesthetic brahs at?

Just wanted some feedback....since I am a bit shocked about weighing 66 kg.

But I think it is okay since I am about 175 cm or 5' 7' tall

Like I said before, I don't look anywhere NEAR 66 kg because of muscle mass.....

Would love some feedback on my post...

post pics, there's the loochi guy here who gets to single digits around 145 at 5'7 and he looks damn good. I used to get plenty of compliments when I was 145 last year but I was around 12% as well.

as brah above said you are lean enough to bulk. Once you start packing on some significant muscle you'll appear even leaner.

Make sure you are doing accessory movements in addition to hitting compound lifts, and it is imperative you are trying to progress up in weight every week. Keep at it

Thanks for your reply

Don't really want to bulk brah....off that train for good....

I know this might garner me some hate, because this is technically a bodybuilding forum....but I prioritze aesthetics over muscle mass nowadays..

I am just a simple engineer and not a bodybuilder or something..

I can currently bench slightly more than my bodyweight and I am happy with it...

Just want to reach Jon Snow level aesthetics with single-digit bodyfat percentage

I know this probably sounds like a lousy goal from a bodybuilding point of view, but that is exactly what I currently want....

When you finally get a lean, chiseled face with a strong, well-defined jawline after a lifetime of having a moonface - you can never go back...it just feels and looks so good

A pic of what I am talking about....

I certainly have way more muscle mass than Kit Harington....

He is however at a lower body fat percentage than me....

Guess I gotta keep hustling
