Most people ITT aren't thinking about the consequence of sucker-punching that bloke because once the king hits done and his head hits the concrete, blokes going to have hemorrhaging most likely and then die and you're going to be charged with killing him. True. People don't realize how fragile the human skull and brain are. All this one-hit culture is condoned and celebrated but the reality is that body shaking on the ground most likely has permanent brain damage and will never function like it once did. Also, it's very easy to kill someone.

What's worse is that it's compounded when you have someone king hit and STILL attacks a limp body with soccer kicks and punches. That is attempted murder and should be met with a mandatory prison sentence - obviously if it's unprovoked/unjustified etc not if someone just burned your dog alive in front of you.
