sodium chloride: 1/4 tsp (420mg)sodium
magnesium sulfate: 1/4 tsp (100mg)magnesium
potassium chloride: 1/2 tsp (1280mg)potassium

Some people say you need sodium bicarbonate too (baking soda), but nah....i don't think you need that piss, smack it boy
might want to take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar per day too, look into it, in smack ass city

Keep it simple. Eat 3 cups of salt and drink a gallon of water, then drink only your own urine for 10 days.

The warm piss will help your body retain hydration more effectively and it will already contain plenty of the salt from the 3 cups you ate earlier. Plus you don't need to track how much water you drink, simply drink 1 cup of water per gallon of piss and you should be nearly on empty by day 10. Good luck mane.

I'm down about 30 lbs doing OMAD and hit a bench PR in the middle of it. I feel like I'm retaining muscle better this way but I've exactly been scientific about it with bf% tests or anything like that. If I start to stall before I hit my goal I'm gonna try to add in some 48 hour fasts

Like I said it's not really scientific I'm just eating till I get full and making sure I get enough protein. Example last night I ate very large portion of chicken parm that my wife cooked with a small amount of mac and cheese and another small amount of scalloped potatoes with about 30oz of 2% milk.

Edit: Forgot I ate some watermelon that was in the fridge too

this is a term only fgts and goobers use. even people doing keto diets cry about keto flu as if it is a big deal. it doesn't exist. yes, you get hunger pangs if you are a sugar addict since your blood sugar has to drop and your body craves the sugar. but if you don't eat donuts and twinkies every day and are already used to eating real food then fasting is a breeze after a couple of days.

Why water fast and what's the point really? I understand detoxing, but can't the same process happen if you cut 95% of meat and kept meals to vegetables and fruit?
