I find it hard to believe that the parents didn't drop the ball at some point. You alluded to it later on in your post. Lack of discipline. Lack of supervision. Lack of consequences. And these people have no fukking idea what's going on in their kids' lives... who their friends are... or what they're really like as a person.

i dated a girl who was in highschool who had strict curfew. she went to the top university. was smart. mature. her curfew was like a strict 7pm lol. but she listened cause her dad would get mad pissed off and find her. that's the way to do it. all she did was study, draw, and play video games cause she had to stay home. which was cool. she even had a curfew of when to sleep when she was 18, which was like 9-10pm. or else her dad would come barging in and be like "get to bed! wtf are u doing!!"

I just want to put it out there that;
A) She was under 17, and 17 year olds have a propensity to not understand the consequences of their actions. In fact, most peoplestill don't understand the consequences of their actions at 30.
B) While she shouldn't have said the chit she said, it was not worthy of a death sentence. People do and say much worse things on a daily basis.
C) Normal well-adjusted humans cut toxic people out of their life, they don't kill them.
D) And ultimately, people eventually grow up and learn that they were being a toxic chit-head. She'll never have the chance to do that.

If the roles were reversed and the genders were swapped, I'd say the exact same thing.I don't care how big of a dikhead somebody is, that doesn't mean you should kill them.

If a father sits down with his son and explain all the red flags that can lead to this situation then there is a high chance that females don’t wield the power to treat men like this, teens or not.

Basically you get locked up with murderers who have absolutely no reason not to kill you. They are already doing life, so an additional life sentence isn't much of a deterrent.

“They had something to do with what took place. Yes,” said Scarver, noting that the guards disappeared just before he clobbered Dahmer with the 20-inch, 5-pound metal bar.

But Scarver refused to elaborate out of fear for his own safety.

“I would need a good attorney to ensure there would not be any retaliation by Wisconsin officials or to get me out of any type of retaliatory position they would put me in,” Scarver said.

Wisconsin Correction Department spokeswoman Joy Staab did not return calls for comment about those claims — but an investigation following the killings determined he acted alone.

Scarver initially pleaded insanity to the murders but later changed it to “no contest” in exchange for a transfer to a federal penitentiary.

He was sentenced to two life terms on top of the life sentence he was already serving.

Scarver was locked up for killing his former boss during a robbery in 1990.
