Ill probably be updating this more often to kill more time. As I've watched a lot of the preloaded movies on these tv's.
One of my goals is to write a fantasy book about a character I've always used/created in video game RPGS.
Except this time Im going to model the character (Delvar or Delwar) ill take whichever one sounds cooler.
Long story short, its set in medieval times, and Delwar will be based a lot around king Baldwin IV of Jerusalum. Baldwin was known at the warrior child, but developed Leprosy as a child, but still managed to become an apt and fierce king.
Delwar will experience some sort of "terminal" illness as well. And i feel I can write from his point of view. I think the emotion of being able to write behind a character like that is powerful, having cancer, and I hope i can continue to develope it.
Ill upload the world map I created for this fantasy world when i have a second.

wish me luck
only got 2 more days of chemo left!

Nope. Not the worst.
I was released on day +15 [15 days earlier than they told me to expect]
Currently just relaxing at home until my day +100 scan which will determine alot. But so far my dr has said I've been the most boring patient, due to I've been able to handle everything so well.
In not so great news, my gf of 4 years just broke up with me... not sure wtf were gonna do with the next 4 months of our lease.
Not entirely unexpected. But still hit me.
Take care of yourselves misc.

Hey brotha, I hope your doing okay today.
Sucks to hear about the GF, but honestly, maybe it's for the best. Somebody who isn't willing to stick by you at your absolute worst places, isn't worth keeping around in your life. And while it probably hurts on top of everything, you have bigger fish to fry.
Keep your chin up my man, I hope that recovery has been going alright.
You seem like an absolute badass MFer, just FYI

Don;t worry about the girlfriend thing mate, you'll deal with that. trust me.
You're already getting through this man, you've got a strong willpower and you're not giving up anytime soon. Stronger then any weight in the world. If I can do anything at all to help, please let me know mate whether it be slightly financial or just general assistance.

"Dont worry about your gf, you'll find out if shes gonna be there for you really quickly. And if shes not shes not. You'll find another."
The worst part is I explained to her everything a BMT was gonna involve and she doubled down with the " I've ways been here etc etc etc"
Havent even been home for a month.

I am so glad that you are going as ok as possible. That's great you got released early. So sorry to hear about your gf, but just remember that she is obviously not the one for you. Just means you'll find someone even better!

You've been fighting (and winning) the battle against cancer these last couple of years, you'll make it through. Try not to dwell on losing her too much. That being said, I wish nothing but the best for you and your family. You can fight it bro. Just keep doing what you are doing,WINNING!

Seems like you're beating cancer and also got rid of a deadweight GF. Tumours getting cut out left and right. GJ bro.

In this case, she let you know exactly who she was. And now it's time for you to keep pushing ahead. Since 2017 it looks like you've been through a ton of chit, so you already know what the drill is.
Keep on moving forward brother man. You're gonna make it, and you're gonna kick this chits ass.
Soon you'll look back and you'll be a stronger man for it.

Just catching up on this and wishing you the best man.
I had acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, diagnosed in Feb 09, brain haemorrhage in August 09, hip replacements in 10 and 11, but made it through and finished treatment in May 2012.
Hardest three years of my life so I know the crap you've been going through and your attitude is admirable.
Now go kick more ass!

Sorry to hear about your GF. Women these days...they basically always react bullsh!t to the tough times. How dare you face hardship and not feed me constant releases of dopamine?!
However, the important thing is how you're doing. Keep fighting, brah. And good luck on your fantasy novel. I suggest making yourself a Google Drive, just upload everything there, write documents on there. Then if you ever get an idea, all you gotta do is log in and track it there.

Damn bro, so glad to hear you are doing okay at the moment. Going through this thread was a roller coaster.
I appreciate you sharing your vulnerability and insights into these situations. You opening up has a profound affect on others and though the situations have surely been tough (and still are), you must not lose sight of the impact they have on the others.
Please keep updating. Wishing for nothing but good news. Stay strong, stay positive and keep your heart open
