Morbidly obese people don't shower very well and often reek of shiet. That's because its impossible to get under all their rolls and they're too damn lazy to clean themselves off very well. Often they get cellulitis under their flaps of skin or some type of fungal infection. It's pretty ****ing disgusting.

I used to work as a live in caregiver for a morbidly obese person. Bathing took nearly an hour to get everything and it was at least another 30 minutes drying everything off and powdering so there was less chafing/necrosis.

They weren't as big as Tess, so I'm amazed she's actually able to move on her own. Their weight caused major issues with their knees and they were basically bed bound
