So are train wrecks.
Joe Connolly was the king of the staged train crash; so much so that he acquired the nickname “Head-On Joe.” During his long career of buckling iron he organized 73 train crashes. With a flare for the dramatic, Connolly put dynamite on the tracks for a more impressive bang. Then, he soaked wooden rail cars with gasoline to produce sheets of flame.
The biggest crowd to ever watch one of these extravaganzas was 162,000 in New York City.

Just because he doesnt look like a bodybuilder doesnt mean he is wrong.
You only made yourself look like a fool here. So I will ask again -- what exactly did Blaha get incorrect. Did you even bother watching his recent videos? Since you can't even cite an example of when he was wrong, it seems to me like you are brainwashed by the fitness industry and the con artists who are most likely fake natties.

The fact that Jason Blaha lied about being a secret government double agent on some level 3 esponiage type chit is enough for me to never, ever, take anything that he says seriously ever.

In theory, you see his content, and go "This guy is trustworthy" and then eventually down the line you might purchase one of his coaching plans.
That being said, here's an entire anthology of Blaha's claims.

If he said every person should be able to hit those numbers he's dead wrong. I'm living proof, back when I used to lift consistently my lifts never got anywhere near those numbers. I think it's all genetics. I'm a tall skinny guy with small bone structure and had very little to work with. However I do agree that a person with average genetics can hit those numbers and of course a person with above average/elite genetics will attain numbers much higher than that. Blaha probably believes everyone should hit those numbers since he himself hit those numbers. So he probably has average/slightly above average genetics for strength (but obviously not for aesthetics).

They're non negotiable, that's for sure
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

99% of the male population will never achieve his "standards."
Every man should be striving to get stronger but who cares about what others can lift when it has no effect on themselves?
"Strength" is relative. "Strong" in a powerlifting gym versus Anytime Fitness versus a construction site are all going to vary wildly. Let's say you meet Blaha's standards...okay now what?
