Sitting at 203 lbs at 5'8 and shooting for about 190 and then I'll reassess. Currently chasing a 405 bench with a 1rm of 385 and 315x10 as a set pr. 585x2 dead and a 505 squat. Ultimately I just wanna get back down to 10-12% and most likely maintain. I want strength gains when possible but I'm debating on whether to take the next step or not and possibly get into powerlifting.

Short Term: Squat 315 again, rep 185 on military standing strict, trapbar dead 365 4x20. Clean and Jerk 315 4x3 (well just jerkijg no homo),snatch 250.

Mid Term: Squat 530(better my max by 5lbs from over 7 years ago), 225 for reps on military, 500 4x20 trapbar deadlift, clean and jerk 405, snatch 315.

I just started lifting heavy and with progression again and Im gaining pretty fast. My big focus nowawdays is just steady and slow progression. I get to amped and want to ego lift cuz im naturally explosive, but that doesnt get me long term gains

Why not? Deadlifting is just farm work. Now a set of 20 on olympic lifts would be full autism, but deadlifting is just being a gorilla. If I can deadlift 500x20 I dont think anyone outside of very trained and powerful wrestlers could take me down, plus Id have a huge work capacity

170 5'8, 16 percent bodyfat.

Goals are 170 with abs, get stronger in Db rows and press, and also high reps with dips and pullups.

Fridays and weekends are primarily my workouts, rest of the week i just take it easier with cardio and bodyweight exercises.

6’3” at 280.

I’d like to be 6’3” at 240. Kind of went off the rails with work and my last relationship. Broke up not too long ago and I’ve kind of got that spark back. Started to meal prep and really counting calories for the first time. I’m already down 15 pounds from 2 months ago so I’m getting there. I figure around next March/April I’ll be where I want to be. I don’t look fat now and a lot of it is underlying muscle that has come back from when I used to lift hardcore. Not so much worried about weight more than a look.

Lifting (seriously) ~1 month.
189 lbs
15% BF (or so machine says)

S 1x3 180
B 1x5 160
RDL 1x5 230
Row 1x5 140

Goal is to hit the thousand pound tota (big 3)l, to get down to 10% BF. Thinking about powerlifting.

5'11 220lbs. Goal is to put on 5ish lbs and make a cut to 220 for my next meet in November and pull an all time PR of 810. Last meet I didn't cut at all and weighed in at 216, hit 770 and missed at 800. I think filling out a little more with quality muscle mass I should respond well and be able to hit a bigger number filling out the weight class a little more.

Repped everyone who posted pics (on spread with a couple). Great work brahs

You got some nice size but we gotta talk about this mattress situation you got going on there. I've never seen a place look as clean as yours does and still have a mattress on the floor.

5'7" 165lbs@15% Bf right now. Goal for the winter is to increase strength and explosiveness. Started boxing almost a year ago so I don't necessarily care about hypertrophy right now. 405lb squat, 275lb bench, and a 500lb deadlift would be cool strength wise at this weight. Last time I was at those numbers was about 18 months ago when I was a fat 178lbs. Did not look pretty lol.

An extra inch to my arms would be nice too. I can't seem to get these poverty things to grow. Any tips for arms outside of the "add weight to chinup/row/bench strength" would be nice.
