if you read and posted the definition and still cant comprehend how they would be considered athletes, you have bigger issues to worry about than the dictionary

Even if you can make a successful argument that bodybuilders are athletes, they would be, at most, the lowest tier, most poverty level athletes possible.

Bodybuilders are some of the finest athletes nature has ever produced.

Luckily for other sports, bodybuilding is so lucrative those images of perfection would have to be insane to leave the money behind.

Floyd Mayweather? Done. Micheal Jordan? Who? Any bodybuilder with probably 3 months of training can destroy Usain Bolt in the 100m right now.

R-truth said to hermie Sandler that driving fast in a left motion continuously is not a sport and nascar drivers are not athletes, however he (r-truth) is. It was a funny promo.

Strong reading skills op, the definition has strength in a set of attributes and lists an exercise. Both in the sets described with or. You're not very bright.

They are not athletic at all, they may of been athletic when not 300 lbs of lean muscle.

Weightlifting is easy IMO compared to true athletic training and playing competitive sports.

No they are not considered athletes. Maybe by some white people, but no.

NASCAR drivers, Golfers, bodybuilders, etc. are not considered “athletes”.

To be an athlete would imply you compete in physical activities that require you to exert energy against an opponent, in other words you play sports.

There’s a difference between sports, games, and pageants/competitions.

If spergs clicking away on Overwatch are considered athletes playing a sport, then bodybuilders are too.

But neither are by any reasonable definition. It's literally a male beauty pageant staged by dysmorphic ****s gunning down Tropicana. And like female beauty pageants, it leaves you more unsettled than mirin, as you just know some messed up chit went down in that extreme of a pursuit of vanity.
