How hard is the job? In terms of actual work you do. Do you always go with a co-worker? Do you guys just chill up there while you get paid by the hour?
I imagine there's no supervision so no need to actually work fast.

How cold does it get out there? You also have to work when it rains? How is the air in canada, is it all fresh/nature ish?
How exhausting is it to climb all the way to the top?
Do you ever travel to other countries for this work?

Tell us a story bout your worst and best work day and the best locations you got to stay in/visit. Will rep on r/c.

As someone who works in Northern Ontario I'm not mirin' at all. I live out here for work and hate it m8 but if you like it good on ya.

Land of 90 IQ lifted truck drivers, lack of cell phone reception, and women who get married at 20 and single mom again at 28.

Awful but aesthetic. Also fuq the highway system.

There are tight deadlines, we work in pretty much any weather, usually go up with a coworker, the work is physically draining when you’re building new towers it’s all heavy steel that you have to man handle in place.

I’ve worked in -45, the air is def fresh and i do travel to other countries and have a us work visa

Will answer more when I’m not on tower

I work all over the world not just Ontario lol, I don’t deal with people and I’m fixing the cell phone reception problem as we speak.
