cliffs:
-don't do bench press and only do fly movements for maximum chest isolation and gains

haha

stop bench pressing man, you don't need the compound movement that effectively works out the chest and other muscles and makes you a chit ton stronger in different lifts as well

yeah mate, righto.
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

Nah I'm sweet. However I do believe it's not a bad idea to cycle off of and switch to DB press every few workouts.

I rarely bench press. Incline/flat dumbbells and flys hit it alot better. Flat bench always hits my shoulders more regardless of what I do

I'm not anti-bench press but my bb flat bench stalls and plateaus HARD. Like every other lift I almost never plateau, meanwhile no matter how often I bench or what rep scheme I use, I always hit a wall. My incline db has been progressing lately so I feels good about that at least.

Flat dumbbell is likely a better overall exercise because of the stability factor, additional stretch, and ability to make sure each hand is pushing the same load. I only hate having to lift the ****ers into position when flat bench is so easy.

Lol, this.

And I've seen people say they like incline better to protect their shoulders but I get less shoulder pain from flat than incline. Different setups/techniques and individual builds affect everyone differently.

Every single one of his reps are absolutely ****ing garbage. And he should fist himself.

Every chest workout should have a fly, ideally cable...

That's the person I am going to take lifting advice from. Someone with terrible form using low weight, who looks to weigh 120 lbs wet.

Bruh

Also whats with the traps in every exercise? Dude is constantly shrugged up (ie. can't even handle the 10 lbs he is lifting), fuking lol

Haven't benched in months, I do 4 sets of 4 different pushups valuations then burn out with cable crossovers.

Always preferred DB press and Pullovers to Benching.
Flyes never felt great/worked well for me tbh.
