Edit- Gen 5 is essentially around the corner. I’d suggest everyone who is unfamiliar with it to read up on the meta relevant stuff. There’s some really damn good pokemon( moveset depending) in this gen.

unless they make raids more difficult or something, I won't care about Gen 5. I never played the game that far, so for me it's more important to max out all my old nostalgiac stuff

I can still do raids with my stacks of Dragonites / Snorlax

gotta say I am super hyped for Community Day tomorrow tho! It feels like Ralts day was forever ago.

Plus my alt account has a 100% IV Turtwig to take all the way to the top

The more powerful the Pokémon, the easier it becomes to solo or duo higher tier raids. This in turn produces more reward bundles for you. I’m always short on charge TMs so I want the most OP of every type I can get to give me the best advantage. It’s been nice to be able to solo deoxys attack for this week. I’m only excited about the stardust for tomorrow. Torterra is just slightly better than venasaur with frenzy plant. I’ll focus on get a shiny or two then I’m stardust grinding.

yeah I am aware :P

but I always have a minimum of 4 people so I just throw in tanks to asborb damage and save potions
