In west Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground was where Joeycentral spent most of my days
Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool
And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys who were up to no good
Started making trouble in his neighborhood
He got in one little fight and my mom got scared
She said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air'

It's physics - you would not win a fight against someone who is bigger and stronger than you (which is just about 95% of weight lifters). F'in lol at claiming you could beat up Arnold.

But since most people never had any self defense training, the bigger guy usually wins.

I'll keep working to obtain an aesthetic mid-section.

Some people are much more inclined to strength, some aren't. It really means nothing. IF ANYTHING, large legs are the biggest indicators of a hard hitter (rugby player, can confirm.)
Most men can become a beast in some way or another, whether becoming a powerlifter, strongman, crossfitter, rugby player, marathon runner, sprinter, etc. All intense sports should be respected for the mastery and effort put into it, not "can this person beat this person." From a historical perspective this "who can beat who up" is stupid too; men were not individuals but groups, and groups have room for all types of people.

Former football player famous for his physique:

"One AFC area scout commented that he would not select Oakman in the first three rounds of the draft. Some of the concerns about Oakman were his skinny lower body, lack of pass-rush technique, and "inconsistent motor chasing plays and inability to make plays against better competition."

I really don't think a persons physique has that much to do with whether they can fight or not. I've always had muscle and been pretty strong for someone as small as I am, but put me in a fight and I'd get my butt whooped, because I have never physically fought anyone. If someone looks aesthetic, women don't really care how much they lift, how many pull-ups they can do or how fast they run.

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

1. narrow shoulders
2. weak chin/jaw (hence your AVI)

Trust me, I would talk IRL the same way I'd talk online if we were having this conversation face-to-face. It's the reason why I trained in the first place so I can backup my talk with action. Most here cannot do the same.

quite the opposite small waist = v taper super hero look the pinnacle of masculine body frame. There is a reason why all the super hero's have small waist big chest/ wide shoulders.
I just want to share the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life and hopefully change someone's life.
