7empest is prolly my 2nd favorite even though it's hard to pick. Those guitar whines in the 2nd half (the entire 2nd half really) are just orgasmicly nasty and the play back and forth from heavy to soft hnhhhnhngngghnnggn

I listen to the whole thing at least once a day. I remember doing that with Aenima and Lateralus when they came out and I’m still not even remotely sick of either album.

Got an email last night that production hold tickets are being released for one of the sold out shows here. Picked up two tickets and going to see them on Monday! I’ve seen Tool every album tour except Undertow, so it’s weird that I’ll be taking my wife to see them for the first time (since it’s been forever since their last album).

I’m so tempted to look up their setlists but think I want to be surprised.
