In the US, probably starts around 15k USD for something semi ****ty, US hair transplants are meh tbh.

Turkey is BY FAR the best place to get it done (low cost and they've been doing them for A LONG time), to get something great-awesome=

Since you are 27 and this is around the average age of the forum, I will discuss a NW2.5 as I could discuss NW4-5 and beyond or even NW1.5, but I don't think this is the case.

With a NW2.5, they will likely recommend anywhere from 24-2800, perhaps even a bit more.

NW4 and beyond could be upwards of 4k grafts, depends on how you're balding and what you want.

When I went, they said around 24-2800, but we ended up doing 3350 and the total grafts were around 7000 hairs (6900 to be exact xD) as I told them I'm not there to **** around, but to get as much hair as humanly possible, in hindsight I wish I would've just gotten even more as I'm gonna go back next year and get 6-900 more to be NW0.

So yeah, it depends; but I would say it starts at 4k and can run up to 14k if you are really balding or really just want as much hair as they can pack on.

Oh and as far as fin goes, I think this is mostly overstated IMO, I think it's just a bunch of limp dicked soyboys who already don't have optimal cawk function get on a pill, maybe don't get as hard as they normally do to their tranny porn and then it's fins fault. I have not personally experienced any issues there (believe me *points one finger in the air*).

And in terms of why everyone isn't doing this? Anyways, Turkey has been doing HT for a lot longer and cost of living is far far lower, so they charge a lot less. America is still top in terms of medicine and total cosmetic surgery, but not HT. At least in terms of ROI aka what you expect dollar for dollar.
