lol 4 years. come back in another 4 years and report back once your body has used up the stores of the sh*t you need to survive off..
look at the autists on youtube that transcend into looking like the walking dead. 4 years isn't enough boyo. your body is still running on old reserves when you ate meat and all the other natural goodness
stay safe

Brah, congrats
but vegans tend to always fail in the later years
chances are you're going to go back to eating animal products
the ones that stay vegan long term are almost always the very crazy 'spiritual' ones or people that don't do it for dietary reasons

Thanks for letting us know.
Sorry if my post is a little short, I've just consumed 6 eggs, 5 sausages, a bowl of veggies, some sliced salami, 2 pieces of red emperor fish seasoned to perfection, a calorie shake and a handful of almonds. All washed down with 1.5 liters of water. I am about to cook up some steaks for later too, or I might go the chicken route. Decisions you see.
I'll make a thread about it tomorrow.
Make sure you update us on any diet progress. I want to see how thick, tight and juicy you can get.

He was injured again for the rematch.
No one cares about women's sport.
Diet is irrelevant when you tren hard and eat clen like Barny has for the past 15 years.
Scott Jurek is probably a legit example, but there will always be outliers.

1 year vegan checking in, ate the diet perfectly, hair was thinning, circles under eyes, I was irritable and depressed, didn't understand what was going on with my health. Ate meat and literally 48 hours I felt like superman

Went full vegan for about 5-6 months, and anytime any of us asked him why he didn't just try going vegetarian first he would snap at us, he didn't even do it for ethical reasons but health.
Everytime we saw him in the gym he looked tired, miserable, and malnourished, he got skinnier and his performance got worse, and insisted it wasn't the diet. sure enough within 6 months he started eating meat again and everything improved.
I do know some vegans who thrive though, so i think it's possible to be just fine on a vegan diet, albeit much harder due to more limited food options and you need certain supplements to help.
Unless you're doing it for ethical reasons, i see absolutely no point in it.

"you gonna die if you dont eat meat"
etc.
its a numbers game.
what percentage of the world population is vegan?

There aren't top tier athletes that are vegan because 1) the popularity of veganism is relatively new and 2) veganism is not conducive to being a top tier athlete.
Cite whichever individual you want, the fact remains that a well balanced diet heavy in protein with good amino acid profiles is important for athletes, and without dietary gymnastics its not doable with a vegan diet.

There are about 10-12 popular foods for vegan diets that are complete proteins, and many of them are actually starches. To get any appreciable amount of protein from them, you will be eating a diet that looks something like 70-80% carbs. I.e. buckwheat, hemp, quinoa, certain types of rice and beans, etc.
TO eat, say, 30g of protein from buckwheat will take nearly 800 calories and you will get 160g of carbs in the process. 30g of protein from quinoa would be over 800 calories, and 150g of carbs. Soy and Seitan are some of the only options I know to get a decent amount of protein while being low in carbs, and getting them in edible forms means they are highly processed and often expensive.
This is what I mean by dietary gymnastics. Why go through all this trouble, when instead I can go to a local farmer's market, and purchase beef from a humanely raised 100% grass fed cow?

OP can you explain why you’re doing this diet? If you acknowledge that this is not the optimal diet and you’re doing it from a moral standpoint then you have my respect, but if you think this is at all a healthy diet you’re a fukkin idiot srs... we NEED some meat, we evolved eating meat. I assume you’re supplementing with vit b12 as well?

Some of you really need to dig into your psyche and try to understand why you get so triggered by veganism.
