No retards, I actually talk to people like an adult, tell them that I'm disturbed and wait for their improvement instead of asking misc what should I reply to a note from my neighbors. If you weren't such a bish maybe the problem was already solved or you would have an answer, to know what to do further. Instead of going to the management, you should have actually talked to her from the first place, looks like she didn't have an idea of what her dogs do when she's not at home.

I pay over 1700 for a single bedroom. It's a high end place
Not fuking project housing. Theres a certain quality of life that's implied when living in apartments like these. Not to mention the noise is against city code as well as apartment policy.

I realize you're going to hear noises. This is far beyond that.

Jesus Christ I hope you are in a big city at that rate. Anyhow, see if the problem gets any better with communication. If she is all talk and nothing actually gets any better, you can be straightforward and just say that you have to do what you have to do. But in general, just be direct with the people and then re-evaluate based on what happens next.

I've had things that were brought to my attention that I had no idea about that I promptly corrected.

With that letter she is 100% saying that nothing is going to change, but if you want a blowie once in awhile she'll do that as long as you stop calling the landlord on her. Don't stoop to her level. You need to work on getting her evicted if this doesn't stop, and meanwhile look to move out as soon as your lease is up. And to the morons saying a couple walks a day will fix the problem, u people know nothing about dogs. If the dogs are running around and barking now, that is their personality. They can be sent to obedience school to possibly have their personality changed, but going on a couple walks a day is not going to do Jack ****ing ****. I've owned 2 dogs myself and my parents had 5 dogs over the time I was growing up. Nothing is going to change about this circumstance at all, literally nothing. Either she gets evicted, gets moved to another unit, or you move. Those are the only options.

Pretty common around my area for luxury apartments. Theres fuking granite countertops, huge island, stainless steel appliances and walnut flooring.
