I've followed this case just to clear up some facts based on my knowledge

1. They got them all to sign iron clad contacts including reading out relevant parts, i.e something to the effect of 'the company has full rights to do what they want with the video'

2. However they are claiming the fraud or deception is due to verbal statements made that it would only be released on dvd in foreign country, they werent given time to read the contract, and gdp paid references to knowing lie by confirming it would only be released dvd in foreign country. (Even if this was true who was piracy?)

3. In relation to the actual rape that some are claiming, to my knowledge thats only a few of the 22.

The lead girl that started this actually graduated from law school, though isnt practising. She had filmed more than one scene with them on different days, so it would be very unlikely in my mind that she brings up rape. Her second scene was actually a MMF threesome, so why would she return if she was treated badly at her first scene.
