That's cute. China(CCP) is using police brutality to bring terror to freedom fighters in Hong Kong.

Do you really think anybody here, or in general, can't point out China on a map? I understand if somebody couldn't point out some lesser known country like Bolivia or Ethiopia but not being able to point out China? common man lol.

Anti-racism Declaration of LIHKG (amended and finalized)

We, as Hong Kongers and LIHKG users, would like to express our most profound regret for a small number of LIHKG users using abusive, racially charged language against LeBron James as an ethnic minority. Such violations of ethnic equality should be heavily condemned to uphold the values of racial justice.

We would like to clarify that the vast majority of us judge LeBron James' response to Daryl Morey's tweet based on his response and attitude alone, but not ethnicity or colour of his skin. Thus, those racist comments against LeBron James shall and will never represent the population of Hong Kongers and LIHKG users.

The concept of Hong Kongers is not bound by religion, race and ethnicity, whoever upholds the core values of Hong Kong (freedom, liberty & democracy) and have compassion for our city can be deemed as a true Hong Konger regardless of race and ethnicity. In fact, many of our bravest freedom fighters and supporters are Southern Asians or Eastern Asians, some of them are immigrants from other provinces of China, and some of them are political refugees from other countries as well. Their bravery in pursuing and supporting freedom for the future generations of Hong Kongers is widely praised by Hong Kongers just like any other freedom fighters who contributed to this crusade.

We firmly believe that human dignity should be respected regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and religion, this is why we put up this social movement against the invasion of totalitarianism in Hong Kong and the horrifying human conditions in China. We would stand in solidarity with the Tibetans, Uyghur Muslims, oppressed Christians, any other persecuted ethnic minorities and all political dissidents in China in the pursuant of universal values stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Yes.. Yes I honestly believe that a large part of the US population would not be able to point to China on a map. Most people don't know where certain states are on a US map, you expect them to know where China is on a world map? I would.. but most don't

Which is ironic that a black man now is being dragged through the coals over not glowingly supporting their cause from half a world away. Something that HE DIDNT EVEN START, it was due to another man who people seem to just be giving a pass here.. Daryl Morey who apparently must be hiding in a bunker somewhere cause he hasn't come out of hiding yet

The people there do not want to be a part of China's communist regime. They want democratic freedom.

They don't "belong" to China.

IN the same sense that Taiwan does not belong to China, and neither does Tibet.

Why is France using police brutality in Paris? Why didn't those yellows get their own independent state in the middle of Paris? Instead they got broken skulls and jail terms, like in every serious country. Why you are denying China the right to be serious country? Are you racist?

And why are you negging me saying I am CCP member, I am not even chinese. I support every country that curbstomps libtards, in that sense you can call me a light Trump supporter.

This. After talking to someone who's lived in HK since birth, I can tell the protests right now aren't about fighting some BS extradition bill. The protestors have made it about establishing themselves as a country 100% independent of China. Good luck with that I say

How do you know what they want? Ah right, USIans think they can decide for ENTIRE WORLD what they want.

Well, HK is populated by chinese. Taiwan is populated by chinese. And tibet is also majority chinese.

Also majority of world recognize all that as One China. Including USia. You wouldn't have any trade with china if you did not recognise China as one state.

What few street gangs in HK "want" is irrelevant. If they want American democracy they have to go to airport and take flight to USA. It is much easier to expel few kreakls than to ruin entire country Libya-style.

The 2+ MILLION protesters have make it loud and clear on the 5 demands. I don't know why you pretend that you dont know what the protesters/hkers want. You probably have no knowledge of what's going on at all.

1Complete withdrawal of the extradition bill from the legislative process: Although Chief Executive announced indefinite suspension of the bill on 15 June, reading on it may be quickly resumed. The bill was "pending resumption of second reading" in the Legislative Council. On 4 September, Carrie Lam announced that the formal withdrawal of the bill will be processed by Secretary for Security John Lee in the Legislative Council later.
2Retraction of the "riot" characterisation: The government originally characterised the 12 June protest as "riots". Later the description was amended to say there were "some" protesters who rioted. However, protesters contest the existence of acts of rioting during the 12 June protest.
3Release and exoneration of arrested protesters: Protesters consider the arrests to be politically motivated; they also question the legitimacy of police arresting protesters at hospitals through access to their confidential medical data in breach of patient privacy.
4Establishment of an independent commission of inquiry into police conduct and use of force during the protests: Civic groups felt that the level of violence used by the police on 12 June, specifically those against protesters who were not committing any offences when they were set upon, was unjustified; police performing stop-and-search to numerous passers-by near the protest site without probable cause was also considered abusive.[71] Some officers' failure to display or show their police identification number or warrant card despite being required to do so by the Police General Orders is seen to be a breakdown of accountability.[72] The existing watchdog, Independent Police Complaints Council lacks independence, and its functioning relies on police co-operation.
5Resignation of Carrie Lam and the implementation of universal suffrage for Legislative Council and Chief Executive elections:[73] Currently, the Chief Executive is selected by a 1,200-member Election Committee, and 30 of the 70 Legislative Council seats are filled by limited electorates that represent different sectors of the economy, forming the majority of the so-called functional constituencies.

And aslo, China does not have communism. If you talk with any commie... like real commie, one of those marxist, they will only have vitrol for china. They would say Chinese bourgeois that took power in CCP are overworking chinese working class and don't give workers rights and social... what is it... freedom or justice... I think commies like social justice... libtards like freedom.

Anyways, China is not communist. It is capitalist country with single party regime. USA has two party regime, so they think they are double the smart. Well there are countries with 3 and 4 parties. Do Americans really think that number of parties have anything to do with freedom? Russia has 5 parties right now in State Duma. That is real land of the Free then.

Whatever the number of parties, you don't get in power from the street protest. In any country. Ukraine is not a country, we don't count that. Both in china and in USA, you have to advance ranks of some party. You cant just go to the street and say I wanna be president. So I don't see what those protesters expect. Protest are usually protext for American attack on some country, but we all know that USA does not have enough bombs for china.

It is legally blinding treaty to treat HK differently than other other Chinese city. China is breaking the Sino-British Joint Declaration.

"Those basic policies will be stipulated in a Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the PRC by the National People's Congress and will remain unchanged for 50 years."

Basically, China shouldn't(legally speaking as well) touch it until 2047.

China IS COMMUNISM. Commie doesn't like social justice, they like corruption and treat their own citizens like dirt.

China has no justice or freedom.

@mods why is this idiot ^^^ still posting here?

That is all irrelevant.

What is relevant is this:

1. Protesters are orchestrated by little British secret service that remained from colonial regime. Little Britain took HK from china after opium war and off course they have agents there. They only left HK in 1997.

2. Since Little Britain is US puppet now, and by Trump's words, Johnson is mini-trump in Britain, then control over protesters is in trump's hands. Real trump, not mini-trump. Mega-Trump if you want.

3. Mega-Trump wants to use this protest to weaken chinese position in trade war he is waging. And probably real military war that will follow, because Little britain also did some trade war before Optium war when it ocupied HK.

4. China defends its territory and has every right to do so. It still did not use tanks on rioters, and how they call them, rioters, traitors, libtard or something else, is totally chinese prerogative. Also not calling them that in order to calm them down is also their prerogative. It is chinese bussiness. More you yankees "help" those "democrators", the sooner will they be ran over by tanks, and then HK will lose any autonomy from Beijing, and then miniTrump and Mega-Trump will not have agents/pawns to play their chity game.

Do you still think that this has anything to do with freedom and democracy?
