Either they are grade A actors, or it's legit.

Why wouldnt businesses just create waivers that allow them to do whatever they want if they want to use their service if all you need is a waiver and then you have free reign?

Steal bank account, sign over all rights, if you step on their property you cant defend yourself, etc.

It would be really easy nowadays on apps because nobody reads that chit. Just have an ad pop up about all the stuff they can do if you just "accept terms"

The waiver clearly covers every eventuality, removing all blame from the owners/ actors. Assault? You signed saying this is fine. Loss of sight? You signed the waiver. Death? yep...

Literally fuk this chit and fuk people for even keeping this sick mofo in 'business'. One of the biggest examples of 'pay silly games, win silly prizes'...you ARENT EVER going to win the $20,000 but you will almost certainly win some form of mental or physical disability.

Currently in law school (in EU), and thereโ€™s NO fukken way this waiver will hold in any western country (apart from US), so I would be extremely odd for the US to allow it - although it could be the case, I find it unlikely.
In, at least, Northern EU even a waiver saying โ€œyou can punch me one timeโ€ will be voided and the one punching will be held responsible in a criminal case. It might be different in a civil case depending on the severity of the punch etc., but BREAKING BONES, PULLING TEETH?? LMAOOO no way that chit holds up in court.

Only in boxing and other martial arts / sports are waivers like these allowed.
