he also knew that he BS leading up to that would not get shown and only the end result of someone fighting with the officer while saying that she "wasn't resisting".

honestly what are you supposed to do with someone that obviously has no respect for authority and wants to do what ever they want? let them?

Don’t even care if kid could of avoided it. It’s a child, she didn’t assault or attack anyone. She wasn’t being hysterical. She was trying to leave. The officer lost complete control of himself, couldn’t overcome an 11 year old girl in a power struggle, screaming at her face “because I said so”

He should not be in that job period. Yes it’s a difficult demanding job but he makes it even more so with his attitude and actions.

You let the child leave with their parents and discipline through the school system. This isn’t a felony in progress.

I always answer if the question is well written.

You let her go as the principal instructed him to do and write the report.
School district lawsuits are expensive and you see the officer had to quit his job.
Do you think he really wanted to lose his job over an 11 year old girl, excessive force case!?
Embarrassing as fk for him.

I don't understand why some people think they have some 'right' to defy a law enforcement officer. I have been randomly stopped, asked what I was doing, asked for ID, and I have no problem with that. It takes a few minutes and I'm assisting a LEO in his/her work. His/her work IS to provide security for all, else I'm going to start buying my own arsenal and guaranteeing my own security.

These videos though are all the same - the video taping starts late, it cuts to perceived 'brutality' and never focuses on the fact that the school had to call the cops on a student who was running amok. What is so f'n hard to understand about respecting authority?

A school resource officer is there *all the time* walking around, and if you watch the video his cam fell off when he first grabbed her. The principal picked it up and continued the recording for obviously lawsuit protection purposes.

She's 11 and all she did was brush past the principal out the door. Nothing to do with anti-cops. Dude's just a dumb@a55 on a powertrip shoving her against a wall and then to the ground. Meanwhile the girl's "resisting" because she's 11, her arm hurts, and she's panicking. She most likely hasn't even hit puberty yet.
"Have faith in the Lord Fifth, gain eternal life! When the Lord Fifth appears, who dares to cause strife!"

"Heyyy. Hi there! Hello! Im Lord Third. Let me tell you something, do you know how high I can count? I can count to three"

Little Haowie, dont you worry, it said, eyes shining brightly. My dream is that, upon entering the Black Lands, there will be people there shouting the name of Lord Fifth. Then, my two great armies will join together to become like my wings!

The video implies that the girl had been belligerent/aggressive/acting out for a while before filming started. I'm not saying that it shouldn't have been filmed - I'm saying more should be filmed, so before people start calling out 'brutality!!!!' they'll see why a school had to call the police on an 11 year old student.

Uh they showed her two supposed outbursts he was charging her with “Assault” for.

She was just leaving and not listening to people.

This is actually correct.

It doesn't matter if they are 3, 5, 20, 30 or 60 years old, women ALL behave this way. You need to learn how to diffuse girls properly otherwise things escalate as men are not programmed to handle the female shriek sound.
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. Again, now for the third time: are you not comprehending that the school had to call in law enforcement on an 11 year old student? Ask yourself why, and why that student felt like she may not need to comply? Then re-read my first post in this thread.

FFS are you people the ones who will eventually teach your kids to 'stand their ground' against law enforcement?

ok gotcha, filming her at the start of her behavior.
They probably thought that they could calm her down before it got to that point( no recording), but that is just a guess.

A grown up ass man couldn’t subdue an 11 year old girl, I think it’s time to find a new day job buddy boyo. As for Precious, this is what happens when you’re either raised by a single mother of 5 or by daycares. She’s gonna be a real gem of a woman in 10 years.
