I've decided that fapping as and when you need to isn't so bad. However it should still be moderated to when you really FEEL the need to rather than 4 times per day. Porn should really be avoided as you are messing up your mind and dopamine receptors. Watching both staged and unnatural, abusive sexual acts is not good for you.

I would say the hardcore porn industry has little to no moral conscience or ethical code. They just pump out what the perverts want to spank off to regardless of how sickening and vile mankind might find it.
