I don't know, if I shoot something in the lungs/ heart on purpose that sounds pretty murderous to me.

I see all these guys on Instagram saying they're "Harvesting" a deer or an elk like they planted it or something.

I really just want to get a head to mount on the wall at the office. Meat is a bonus.

Yeah, you're right. All hunters, especially instagram influencers, should start calling themselves murderers instead of hunters. That will definitely generate some positive media attention. What could go wrong.

Wish you weren't so fuking awkward, bud.

How many dollarbucks was it from Oreilly's? Should probably just get car batteries from Costco. Usually the lowest prices and a decent warranty - though not the goat tier warranty it used to be.

Optima definitely not operator tier anymore.

If you are comfortable with a lighter trigger on a safety less gun that you appendix carry go for it. I know a lot of people do it but I'm not quite that brave. I've heard good things about vortex venoms but don't have much experience with optics on pistols myself

$175 or so. They have different tiers of batteries though and this was the best one they had with more cranking amps. The Optima would have been $300.

I've always had good luck with the 5 year warranty batteries from O'Reilly's and the Duracell Golds from Autozone. Optima are overpriced for what they are in my opinion

Saw someone get busted stealing from Walmart yesterday.

As I was walking in, two plain clothed guys were like sir! Sir in the black stop right there. Lift your shirt. And a box of something fell out. The two guys pulled out walkies and were talking on them and then opened this door by the entrance and took the perp in there. I ran over and was like, “guys, I’m carrying a Glock 19 in an SOB condom holster in my Blue Alpha Gear belt! If chit pops off I got you!”

They were like thanks so much bro we can’t have guns so we are so glad you are here to cover us.

not sure what you got but this is what Costco has listed for you. Same price, but for my car Oreillys is double the price for the same CCA as the Costco battery. Even their cheapest one is 33% more expensive than Costco

I finally murdered my deer last week. It was the last day for my hunt and I had a any sex tag so I murdered a doe for the meat. Named her Julie. I was out for 5 days hiking my arse off in the mountains. Last Thursday I left the house at 6:45am and was home with my deer quartered, bagged and hanging in the garage at 9:30am. Got it all processed Tuesday and its all in the freeze now.

My Bull Elk tag ends this Sat. Going out tomorrow and Sat for a last effort to fill that. I really want/need the meat, hopefully I can get something, anything with a rack. His name will be Earl, really hope I can murder Earl tomorrow.

On 11/15 I have my enhanced class. I've had the normal Idaho CCW for years but been wanting to get the enhanced. My normal permit expires soon so perfect time to upgrade. The enhanced gets me 37 states, basically every state west of the Mississippi River except Cali. Works for me since I avoid Cali and the East Coast anyway.

I'm with you, I like a mechanical safety on my guns. I have friends that hate them. The key is get used to the safeties to the point where you don't even realize you are disengaging it.

I do own a Glock 20 though. Only real reason was I wanted a 10mm for backpacking or in the woods in general. At the time Glock had the 10mm market cornered.

Oh there's no way I ever carry a 34. lol. I just want something to shoot in carry optics division. My buddy usually buys the most expensive everything but actually prefers his vortex to other optics, so I figure it can't be that bad.

But regarding the appendix thing- hell to the no. That's why my g19 is staying fully stock, not even a minus connector.
