This would likely be because a vagina is designed to be stretched in all directions to accommodate the majority of penises and a baby during childbirth. A neo-vagina doesn’t have that elasticity or even the same type of tissue inside, which is why they have to dilate to avoid loosing depth and width.... poking at the skin wall with a dilating tool (dildo) can lead to it tearing at the wall that separates their neo-vagina and their chitter.

AND it isn’t just the chit smell that comes through, literal liquid chit can pass through the fistula into the neo-vagina too....
