I don't know Cali laws because I'll never live there so why waste my time knowing it but the S&W Shield is single stack 9mm, 7+1 with standard clip. Some really good deals on themhttps://palmettostatearmory.com/smit...eldtm-9mm.html

I bought a couple because why not. Put 300 rounds through one of them. Ball ammo and JHP and it cycled like a champ. I'm currently IWB with Milt Sparks SSII and I can barely tell its there. Can't wait till I get my Criterion in a couple months.

It's super retarded, but if they're suing on the grounds of deceptive advertising, is it for the supreme court to rule on? I dunno how this **** works. But I hope Remington refuses to settle and just absolutely ruins all of these people.

What's more likely, a second federal "AWB", or nationwide legal weed.

I'm going with the former

The first definitely. Government is always more likely to ban something than unban. I still can't believe they didn't reup the first one in 2004

Who knows though. Maybe the political discourse will swing and we'll get a Ron Paul type libertarian who shoots the tax code with an AR and legalizes the green stuff. A man can dream

LOL I was never that much of a degenerate.

Now that I'm thinking about turkey hunting Academy has Mossberg Security 88s on sale for 159.99. I don't really need another pump shottie but I'm thinking about going to get one anyway at that price

some parts of the state limit what rifles you can hunt with but I've never had to deal with that.

Where you headed? I could get to a farm in the thumb with 70 acres and that has 200 acres of fields around it and across the street. Instead, I’ll probably not make it out at all.

I’m wondering if the manufacturer can be sued because they “advertised it” as some wildly lethal and dangerous weapon that could kill a bunch of elementary school students in seconds, why then can’t CNN and MSNBC be sued for literally advertising the SAME EXACT THING? They’re the number 1 source of telling the public how lethal these ghost guns are and how they can disperse 30 clip round magazine in half a second. Why can’t/aren’t they being sued too?

My parents have about 70 acres in the western U.P. I'm sure it's going to be pretty cold and snowy. Good times. Haven't decided if I'm taking a week or 10 days off.

You should get out there man, sounds like it has potential.

Dang. Way up north! Lol. That sounds bad ass. I’ve only been to the UP once. Driving home from Alaska.

I may end up doing it. I don’t know. Have never been huge into hunting and I have about a million other life things to take care of.
