Okay, and they wanted the police to do what? You guys have no idea what these group homes are like, what the employees are like. They constantly want these juveniles locked up, and then we explain to them, we'll arrest them, but you're going to have to go all the way to the Jisc, and bring him back here anyway.

Now.....did they want stumpy arrested?

Oh so let crippled people do whatever they want cause they're crippled?

LOL at the person in the video trying to defend the cripples actions.

I hate when people do that- they try and attribute people resisting police officers to the "shock and awe" of the situation.

BRB Imagine a guy twice your size tackling you and shouting in your face.

Yes but before you imagine that, imagine yourself committing crimes and then imagine that police will potentially respond in that manner regardless of how many limbs you have.

They make it like the guy was helping some old lady cross the street and was tackled by a police officer.

No.

He did things could potentially lead to that outcome, let's stop acting like he was too surprised to comply with the officer.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

^^^Racist police officer who also cries about how racism doesn't exist, also cries reverse racism and typifies the stupidity of the racist right, referring to black people as "they" and regurgitating racist stereotypes.

The only thing i really saw wrong was him pushing the other kids headbands into the wall.

But like many others have said the police probably shouldn’t have been called in the first place. They have procedures for situations like this. Quiet rooms etc.

Sadly most of these places are **** holes and the staff is probably a bunch of scum bags themselves.

I will say... if the kid was threatening bodily harm to himself or others then they are supposed to call police and he will be hospitalized.

These group homes usually have mentals mixed with kids who have been abandoned by society. There's usually like 2 employees working in the entire house. I can understand their frustration, because I can't imagine doing their job.

If they try they go to jail and get sued. Pretty simple.

I almost killed a cop a few years ago. I've had plenty of police interactions.

It was mistaken identity and he didn't identify in time. Fortunately I didn't kill him or him me.

I have brought another cop up on complaints and had a traffic case dismissed due to his impropriety.

I have learned over the years that cops are pussies with power issues who think they are above the law.

They need to be put in their place anytime we as citizens have a chance.

Your stop will be on his in car camera, and your behavior will be recorded on his bodycam. You may think it was illegal, but the evidence will prove otherwise.

That would be a mistake on their part since I don't drink.

Police have lost their indemnity. So not only can you sue the municipality you can now also sue them individually at the same time.

You being a jackass will be recorded on their bodycams, if it's a legal arrest, it's not going to look good for you in court, when they play the video. Hell, it might even make the news. Your employers, your friends, your family will see you acting like trailer trash.

I have never been arrested. I would know if an arrest was legitimate. I know my rights and will exercise them to a T nothing more nothing less.

Look if you think cops are deserving of more respect than any other random person in America that's on you.

Behave civilly towards me as a cop and I'll do the same to you.

Act like a piece of crap towards me and I'll do the same. It's quite simple.

Well fuk if I know lol. You're asking these questions as if you're personally attacked or something.

It's clearly not a very good home if the staff can't even keep this kid in line, or even get him psychiatric help. The home staff and the cop could've handled it much better.

I got you, I one time had to arrest a one armed man, we were confused how to cuff him, put our heads together, and cuffed his one wrist to his belt loop, and just kept an eye on him in case of the small chance he tried something.

I'll tell you one thing, it's a pain in the ass arresting someone in a wheelchair, you have to call a special vehicle for them that will take forever.

Gotta hand it to the cop, wouldn't have any legs to stand on in that situation. I'm all for a hands-off policy involving the handicap, but sometimes you have to do some legwork to make sure you treat everyone on equal footing.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
