Ok so if you have stretch marks from lifting, but aren’t big, that means you went from twink to just regular *******

This was really fantastic:

ITT OP says a standing OHP isn't optimal for hypertrophy/ shoulder development.

Lists factual logic and results to back his claims......

Gets flamed by no avis and dyel who "swear by OHP" because "it's a staple"

Misc got jokes.

Nah man, it most likely has to do with the way you carry yourself. You simply dont have the genetics to have a good enough body to be lecturing people in a condescending way about what they do.

And you arent just trolling btw, thats pretty much how you carry yourself in every thread and thats exactly why you are always arguing with random people on random threads, not just this one.

Greatness speaks by itself and you shouldnt feel the need to be talking about yourself so much all the time, but if you are going to play the "arrogant, im the best" attitude like Muhammad Ali did for example, or Arnold, then at least be good enough in whatever you do to act that way.

You truly put in the work thats for sure, and it shows. Congratulations you have come a long way. You just are not ever winning a bodybuilding competition with your genetics, and the fact that you talk so much about optimizing training and bodybuilding in such an arrogant and douchy way, it kinds of make people raise an eyebrow or two.

This was far from a brag thread. You don't have to be the biggest dude in the room to know what you're talking about.

It was a thread about exercise selection and basic principles of hypertrophy. Encouraging people to use their brain a bit and think more critically than emotionally.

I've yet to hear a logical argument about how the first paragraph of OP was wrong.

Don't worry, pretty much done on here tho after today

I think most of us weren't saying you were wrong. I know I was just saying why I do OHP. It's a good strength exercise and I enjoy it.

Edit: Just noticed the last line. Really? This is enough to make you done with this place LMFAO?

You started a thread that got 8 pages worth of discussion. That's a good thing. Not everyone will agree with you all the time. If that is enough to make you quit you really need to get some thicker skin dude

Nah it really had nothing to do with this thread. I’ve been wanting to cut it for awhile, it’s really just a waste of time. No hard feelings lol

I dunno man, you'll have to show me where I started talking any ****, but a 2 plate incline and 4 plate RDL is a bit different league than 2 plate bench / 4 plate DL.

OP has a unique gift of framing an actually sensible point in such a way that gets everyone to disagree with him regardless of content.

You could also do an handstand push up while balancing on the barbell. If you manage to nnot roll away, you become a certified Crossfit coach.

To be honest it's a new movement for me, haven't touched incline barbell in over a year and it's only been in rotation for a few weeks. 225x6 last session, respectable in my opinion, in no way brag worthy

I'd consider 225x6 incline bench borderline brag worthy, maybe just not by misc standards. Though I don't like bragging unless it's about cooking some damn tasty food
