She still looks alright, she's 30... she's a good 7-8 years past her prime, so obviously she doesn't have 21 year old alison stokke levels of glow. Still a solid 7+/10 though.

the issue is the vegan nonsense AND she is too lean. She needs to gain a bit of weight and start eating meat. Women don't lose glow at 30. My sister is 40 and is still beautiful

I think Stokke's current issue is the vegan diet as well. Yes she has lost her youthful glow but the main issue is she's 30 and living like she's older/more mature. As opposed to just being fit and focusing on recreational activities. Stress takes a toll. Big difference between YOLO lifestyle as an athlete and dealing with day to day issues as an adult. She's going to tank hard when she has a kid unfortunately.


She's still in the top 5% of 30 year old women.
