lmao that's what happened to me couple months ago. turns out just my chest walls were spasming making it feel like i was getting a heart attack. it was horrible

actually for me it was like left upper chest mid not far left

I have atrial fibrillation, that’s a fast heart rate .
When I don’t take my pills my blood pressure increases as my heart rate doubles . It causes a sharp stabbing pain on my left side .
Found out it was wearing out my heart valve. Wish I took it more srs before ,as I had no idea it was causing permanent damage .
Yoir hearts a muscle and only has a certain life expectancy.

Your problem may have nothing to do with a rapid heart beat , but your symptoms sound like the main valve
