You’re diet sounds pretty amazing tbh get ready for a poo test but I think you’ll be ok, at most antibiotics and iron, they might also give you a script for a medication to help with vitamin absorption I can’t name here cause no script names allowed. Probiotics might be a good idea and papaya enzyme

You're fine dude it's probably just muscle/ligament aches from hitting chest. I think it's the articulations between muscle fibers, ligaments (sternum) and joints. Unless I got heart problems too. What I felt in the past would be split-second tenseness/sharpness once every 30 minutes or longer. Up to 3-5 days since my last lift. Just pretend it's that and don't stress.
Doubt it has to do with vitamin d but pop a vitamin d with any fats like milk every day for breakfast. I think vitamin d at night will keep you up. Vitamin d is fat soluble. As you get older you absorb less vitamin d through your gut anyway. Peak UVB (for vitamin d synthesis) is between 10 am to 2 pm. UVA penetrates all day. Cover your head and tan your cheeks
. Your behind has a lot of surface area and a lot of fat which is perfect for stimulating the production of vitamin d. Silly trend now a days called 'perenium sunning', no you don't need to spread your cheeks, you'll probably burn your ahole.
Enjoy the hospital stay and maybe ask for some apple sauce.

Would it be costochondritis? I've gotten that before from bench press. It's an inflammation of the cartilage of the rib cage. It feels like you're having a heart attack, but the doctor sent me home with anti-inflammatories and ice.
It doesn't cause nausea, though, unless you took anti-inflammatories, as they can cause nausea.

Thanks again all, time definitely went faster thanks to all the questions and insults.
Got home at 8am, slept from 9am to 2pm. Have a follow up appointment with my family doc tomorrow to address the iron and viitamin d issues. ER doc says the pains and flutters I feel are muscular,. Since everything else checks out. Might be due to iron issue as well, but definitely no issues with the heart specifically.
Confirmation that my heart is absolutely fine has taken the stress out of the pains and it is much easier to live with until it improves.
Cheers all, will be repping accordingly

actually 3 days before my ER visit a massage therapist told me that my chest was really tight, i probably kept tightening it somehow, maybe anxiety keeping it clenched, leading up to the spasms
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

May not apply, but you might want to check your vitamin A level.
Vitamin A Is Important For Vitamin D and Your Thyroid Hormones to Work Properly
Vitamin A/Retinol is crucial in activating Retinoid X Receptors (RXR), which is required for PPAR activation (DHA can also activate RXR) [2]. Vitamin A is also crucial in activating Retinoic Acid Receptors (RAR).
Both RAR and RXR are crucial DNA binding proteins (transcription factors), which are needed for genetic expression. RXR is needed to activate the vitamin D receptor (VDR) and the Thyroid Hormone Receptor (THR).
In simple English, this means if you’re deficient in vitamin A you can take all the vitamin D you want and it won’t make that much of a difference because you need adequate vitamin A to make these work properly.
Vitamin D absolutely needs RXR in order to get the benefits from it and Thyroid hormones need RXR to work effectively.
It's annoying. Had two iron infusions so far and still isn't fixed. Suspect that has to do with the quality/amount of iron because I don't have insurance and so I'm not getting my usual treatment. Probably anemic hypoxia. And to katya, it took me 3-4 infusions to get back to normal levels if I'm remembering correctly. I went once a month for like a year straight for iron infusions.

had something like this last year OP. Shoulder pain and my heart was beating 120, BP up slightly. They did the xray, ekg, and some tests. I was just sick as **** and didn't really realize it. My labs were way the **** off from fighting an illness and they sent me home. Followed up and got bloodwork 3 weeks later and back to normal.
