you have good natty natural ectomorph genetics, which are ideal for building muscle srs. but I would do it naturally...
A simple push pull program isn't enough though - you should focus on a more intensive 3 days on 1 day off bodybuilding program which emphasizes lower reps (6-10) and hits each bodypart fully. try this (my split):
day 1 - chest/shoulders/triceps
db bench 4*6-8
db incine 4*6-8
db seated vertical shoulder press 4*6-8
close grip (hands 2-3 inches apart) bb upright rows 4*6-8
db laterals 3*15-20
db standing tricep extensions (unilateral) 4*12-15
day 2 - back/biceps/forearms
pull ups - 50
lat pull downs 4*12-15
bent over bb rows (strict) 4*10-12
seated cable rows 4*12-15
deadlifts 4*6-8
bb bicep curls 4*6-8
reverse bb bicep curls (or reverse bb preachers) 4*8-10
seated edge of flat bench bb wrist curls 4*15-20
day 3 - legs/abs
squats 4*6-8
front squats 4*8-10
leg extensions 4*15-20
lying leg curls 4*15-20
standing machine calf raises 4*15-20
sit ups - 100
leg tucks - 50
lying (or if you can suspended) leg raises - 50
day 4 - rest
you can throw in some direct exercises for neck if you want to look yolked as well, and you can also do grips with those gripper devices if you want huge hands, srs

The OP does not have the structure to even think about it. I am surprised he even weighs 170 at 6 foot. I am 6 foot and weigh 200. I look much bigger than him. It means he is around his peak natural body with very little to show. It is his genetics you dumb ****.
Negged for leading people on.
The OP is an adult and can find a different goal.

I don't think there's a single pic of him anywhere hitting a BDB or BLS, because his back sucked too.

Everyone should appreciate the nature of zyzz even if you don't agree. If zyzz didn't die it might not have been the same, or would it? He was a cheeky cnt and I love it.
