I mean i'll just give you the general advice as i know little about you:
- Lift (looks like you do anyway so it's a good start), helps boost confidence and obviously improves looks.
- Find fulfilling hobbies that you genuinely enjoy, join clubs for said hobbies where you can meet people.
- Socialise as much as you can to improve social skills, if you already have friends then just hit them up and try to go out in social settings.
- Practice as much as you can, try talking to women you have no intention of boning to get more confidence and develop skills, talk to the girl in starbucks while she's making ur coffee, crack a joke, talk to girls in stores etc..
- How do you dress? Get a fashionable brah to be honest with you about your dress sense/style and see if there's any areas to improve.
- and honestly don't look at it as a chore, try to genuinely enjoy the social interactions you have.

I mean it's a long process of constantly putting yourself out there and just improving your life skills organically by practising. I would advise you do this stuff for yourself, trying to mould yourself into the best version of you that you can be (cliche as fk i know but it's true), instead of focusing on trying to get women as girls can generally detect this and it's a turn off. You don't seem to have any serious afflictions blocking you so it really is a case of just putting yourself out there and developing into an interesting person people like to me around.

Do looks play a huge part in getting women? Yes. But it’s not the only thing that plays a part. Being able to socialize is extremely important, honestly just ask questions and girls will talk night long, have a confident posture and just smile as you interact with them. I was socially awkward and shy around people, but as I got older I kept on practicing, I went from not talking to any girls to hitting on a ton of them. From doing that I learned how to converse, and most important of all I gained confidence, I had no problem getting rejected.

Just 2 weeks ago I got invited to a party, I go there and I barely know anyone in there, but within 10 minutes I was leaning against the railing and literally had 5 people surrounding me and talking to me, I was flirting with some of the girls and just keeping things light. All I did just was smile and not be creepy bro.

Another thing that has helped with my confidence is the fact that almost everywhere I go I’m the most jacked dude in there and I’m not even huge, that means most people don’t lift or workout that hard, I destroy myself in the gym and that’s results have shown, so make sure you hit the gym hard because you’ll outcompete dudes just from that alone. Being able to dress well is something that has also helped me, and the mindset I go in with is that no girl is out my league, I never see a girl and think I can’t get her because of looks, call it overconfidence or whatever but I believe no one is better than me and I am better than no one, so why should I go out my way to impress them, I’ll just be myself, either they like it or don’t.
