So basically these newer pistols won't be releasing until peak election time which is usually panic mode. If the dems take control of the senate and/or the presidency then it will likely be a repeat of 2012/2013 in terms of panic buying. My dilemma is do I wait until the SP9A3 with roller delayed comes out and hope I'll actually be able to find one in peak election time or do I just buy a Gen 2(straight blowback) now that doesn't have the roller delayed?

TLDR; Is roller delayed blowback a gamechanger worth waiting for in peak election time or is the diference small compared to straight blowback?
I just received one from Parabellum Combat Systems and if I fire it next week (depends on work - it's been busy) I can let you know.
I'll be firing it along with an AR SBR that I finished building a few months ago (but haven't fired yet). I presume that is what you want to compare it to...

Think my wife was shopping for Xmas for me too though because it came out that she was emailing the same salesperson about a CRF450L. Something like that seems worth the cash to me. It’s basically a street legal motocross bike for like $10k.

Stopped at the range too and blasted a few mags out of the AR because I put a new buffer and spring in it and wanted to test it.

only had it a month but so far I love it.

it's the 700-4 deluxe because that's the only way to get power steering

also still small enough to get around in the woods decently which was important to me but can easily pull our duck boat to and from the ramp

Same thing we said here. There was massive public demonstration against the magazine ban . . . they pushed it through anyway. Even got 3 senators recalled over it. Dems don't generally miss out on opportunities to pass gun control when they are in power.

I hope VA holds firm, but I would expect "something" to pass.

That’s exactly what I was looking at and for that same reason. They were trying to sell me a new 2018 1000 on the showroom that was decked out with a $5k roof with more speakers then my car, light bars, lift kit and big tires, winch, and who knows what else. It was as big as a truck And I was like what’s the point?

I got it out the door with a roof and windshield for <$15k - still a chit ton of money for what's essentially a toy but I'm betting on the honda reliability to keep it around for basically forever

Yea that’s about what they were quoting me for the 700-4 deluxe with a roof. I might get it we’ll see. Would def do a filter, exhaust, and tuner though because they restrict these things so much from the factory with emissions BS.

I keep thinking about that 450L though now. That’s what I really want.

I need to use my glock coupon before it expires. I’m thinking glock 17 or 34 (I only have a 19).

I would hate to have this coupon expire considering it’s 150ish off glocks normal pricing.

I still need to buy my first shotgun and AK.

If you go back to that dealership, don't forget your lube. WTF are those prices?

As I said before when you were thinking about the Mule, check out Abernathy's. It shouldn't be THAT far from you. They have people drive in from all over the US for their prices. They were advertising 2018 1000-5 for like 12,999.

The price for the 700 isn’t bad. With tax, freight, dealer setup fees and all that it adds up. Could probably get a few hundred off but yea.

I just checked abernathys and they don’t list their price for the 2020 700-4 deluxe but I’m about to get an online quote.

ETA: abernathys is $1500 less plus they claim no fees except tax. That would definitely be worth a trip.
