why do people in star wars universe even bother sending hologram messages? they're grainy as hell and low quality, there's no benefit to them over just video. we have better quality video in our universe.

also, during the camp out with the pterodactyls, holy **** can no one shoot those things? Or can they just take a ton of hits? The laser tech in star wars sucks it seems, seems like conventional projectiles are far superior.

There was that scene in the gay episode 4 where the peasants are learning to shoot and the lasers do jack **** to the cans and bottles... it's like what the **** do they only damage organic stuff? don't you want your firearms to be able to go through barriers?

whatever... the entire star wars universe is for children, don't think too much about it

The problem with Academy and Cabela's is that you can get much cheaper ammo online if you're willing to buy case quantities. Most shooters figure out that buying case quantities makes sense fairly quickly, but the Fudd and casual (just as good) crowd won't shoot 1000 rounds in 10 years.

That's who they price for.

due to the store variety in my locale I shop there a lot.
I don't see it as a shot at firearms rights. They are free to choose not to sell whatever they don't want to (and you should support this).
They don't have to sell firearms at all. Other than sporting goods, pawn, and gun shops, who does? Can't think of a single hardware, home goods, clothing, food, etc. store that does, but I don't hold it against them.
If they had never sold firearms/ammo and then started to sell a limited selection of reasonably priced firearms/ammo, we'd be in the same place, but guessing there's a good chance you'd be applauding them instead of criticizing.

afaik (and I could be wrong), the only limit on firearms rights they've imposed is ASKing that people don't open carry. I'm completely ok with this because open carry is retarded.
I do think it's fabulous they are backing out of the firearms/ammo market for the most part because it helps the local gun store.

agree. and paying for convenience and getting it right then/there. Look at prices at the gun range.

Did they total your car? Had similar experience spinning out, but was a fcking moron doing 100+ mph, no ice. Hit jersey wall multiple times and sideswiped another car. The roof was the only a body panel unscathed :/ Totaled $4k car but no serious injuries, thankfully.
