Sent 200 rounds of LAWMAN through the vp9sk

Gotta say it was laser accurate. was punching the X out of an inch circle at 9 yards standing.

Wish I could've whipped out my M2.0 and shot just as good if not better so I could slap myself out of that placebo ' H&K accuracy stupor' feeling you get just because the gun feels good in the hand of course dont forget "ThAt SmOoTh TrIgGeR"

started prioritizing biceps on arm days so thats given me some minor gains.

also been going more towards lots of variations on exercises rather than lots of reps on a few variations. been doing reverse and close grip, palms in position on dumbell millitary press, 2 angles of incline and flat bench. also started doing decline bench. will probably start doing multiple variations of dumbells on decline as well. that and added in reverse grip rows and wide grip rows on my cable row machine.

i also started doing 6 different variations on dumbell front raises which seems to work very well with sculpting the front delts, although the shoulder injury has made it difficult to really hit that hard.

hows your lifting been going? tried anything new thats brought in more gains?

Spill more gas trying to work the new stupid fuking gas cans then I ever did with old ones.

Brb hold this while you push that pull that over while lifting that up and pushing that in while tilting the gas can at a 48 degree angle

Best without getting into stupidly high prices (is still expensive, but very safe and easy to use and built to last)

You should be able to find these at any tractor supply or similar farm/fleet/feed/rural store

Looks a million times better than the chit you can get at Walmart or other random stores. Lol. I rage every time I have to use one.

I have a few, they are good. For safety, they don't tip over...the lid springs itself shut if you aren't holding it open...the funnel attaches so for most situations (not filling a car) you can't drop or miss the funnel etc...has the spark stopping flame arrestor whatever...the spring closure will open in say for example a fire and release pressure (still not good, but, it's gas in a fire it won't be good) rather than waiting till the container gets so much vapor pressure it literally explodes...it's very easy to use. They are just good.

The procon gas can is even better

The one I use for premix is a Justrite (sp?) that has a flexible metal spout. Seems pretty good. Gonna go through and replace all the plastic ones in the spring. Wood recommend a metal gas can.

cardio bikes are a good way of getting in some extra cardio without the impacts on your joints. i actually bought a recumbent bike awhile ago too but i havent been using it because what little free time i have ive been lifting weights instead. need to stop being so lazy and just do some cardio.

good stuff man, get to it.

how heavy are you? i've got almost 10 years on you, 6'1 and 225 so an avg sized guy. no joint pain from running....just running in 30 degrees or less with any kind of wind really puts a hurting on my lungs. i feel good as long as i stay active.
5'10 175 here...running seems to be the best cardio ive tried. get bored with any sort of stationary cardio. Just took up boxing a year ago and fell i...n love with it...about to re join an mma gym. older i get more i realize stretching and cardio heavily outweigh lifting heavy..
