Some tips;

DO NOTstart out with a predetermined weight at which you will acquire The Shredz ..this will doom you to failure.

The scale is a help to let you know that the weight is coming off.

Use the mirror and pictures as your final guide to acquiring The Shredz.

You are fatter than you think.

You have less muscle than you think.

Be disciplined with your diet.

Be disciplined with your training.

If you fall off the diet one day. Get back on it the next.

Focus on the result, acquiring The Shredz.


You will see yourself shrinking.

Others will see you growing.
(The Shredz appearing with those gnarly veins.)

In like flynn. Phase 3 of my 1.5 year plan starts jan 2nd (after I get yucky on NYE first) cut from 240-175. Bulked to 190 this AM. Cutting until I have shreds, no fuxs given. Want 12% by early spring.
