No reason not to buy one if you're getting a BCM. Probably not worth it if you're shooting M193.

I think that author is pushing it pretty hard. Example

"The Mk2 upper was outfitted with BCM’s Extreme Lightweight fluted and tapered barrel, perhaps busting some shooters’ expectations about lightweight barrels. During testing I don’t think I ever let the 14.5” barrel fully cool, simply shooting five shots and walking down to mark/measure then repeating the cycle."

Say what? Is shooting a 5 round group, then walking 100 yards out and back to mark it, supposed to be some kind of rapid fire use that excessively heats a lighter ar15 barrel?

There’s a big BCM barrel thread going on Arfcomb based on a customer service response to not exceed 12-15 rounds per minute. It was taken out of context, but still a funny thread.

I think the upper is cool. Innovative without being gimmicky in a flooded market. Looks neat too imo.

Y’all see MAC is begging for money on YouTube? He has a $49.99 month tier. Lolol who the hell would pay that? I guess it includes personal Skype jackoff sessions but still.

The way I look at it is Oklahoma is playing with house money. New QB, new D...I thought they were maybe a year away from making some noise. LSU will not stop talking and Oklahoma is staying quiet. 13.5 is a ton of points...I like Oklahoma’s chances, that’s all I’ll say.

Me too. I’m not loyal to any college team and I like an underdog story. I guess I’m supposed to hate Oklahoma being in Hog country but I’ll be watching.

What do you guys like for range belts?

I always liked double belts when I shot USPSA so I was thinking of a Blue Alpha Gear double belt with some type of Safariland holster.

What about mag pouches?

AWS Light Assaulter's Belt. The inner belt is awesome and it doesn't have all the extra MOLLE all over it, so better for pouches and holsters with belt loops. You can put the MOLLE panels where you want them. Really cool system.

I've been using G-Code Scorpions and like them a lot. You can tighten or loosen them for different types of mags.

I need a bitchin range belt to go with my Travis Hallie berry strategic chest rig. I was looking at the Vtac Kyle Lamb LehRehy Viccers belts

I've been using a Galco gunleather nylon belt for the past 5 years just everyday and its getting gnarled.

Also picked up a BITCHIN Safari ALS tweed holster for my G19. I guess the tweed reduces IR signature so it is boogaloo tested and ready

Spoiler!
